Thomas and Evan I think that was his name were extremely helpful. I researched for what seemed forever looking for my first bike at 50 years old. The other dealership was pressuring to get me to buy from their dealership but these guys at Karl Malone, being salesmen, were also friends from the moment I walked in the door. They were calming and there was absolutely zero pressure! Thomas was so patient with me and also went above and beyond to help make sure this was the right beginner bike for me and made sure I would be safe moving forward. I definitely made the right choice buying my first bike from this dealership.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a motorcycle from a dealer! Before arriving at Karl Malone Powersports we went to two other dealers in the valley and were not approached by a salesperson at either location. At a third dealership it was impossible to get a straight answer on the price of a bike. So we were already apprehensive going to Karl Malone. The experience was 100% different!! We were greeted right at the front door by our salesman, Zack. He was friendly, informative and not pushy. He took the time and asked great questions in order to show us the bikes that fit our parameters. He then walked us around the sales floor and even in the back lot showing us bikes. The whole time Zack was cool, helpful and transparent with pricing and details. We ended up purchasing a new Honda CRF 300 Rally and the doc signing process was quick and easy. All the staff at Karl Malone were very helpful. Zack went out of his way to take care of us. I will absolutely buy from Zack and Karl Malone again!!

On the road 1,000 miles from home and our KTM 790 Duke started leaking coolant overnight in the Motel Parking lot. Rhea at the service counter and Thomas in service took quick care of us, the loose fittings were cinched up, and we were back on the road for a reasonable fee. Great service - Thanks Team!
