Talk to the guy at the desk i need windshield wipers for my year of truck. While ringing up the price he tells me to ignore the price shown to me that's a commercial account price. Charges me price down on tag. I get home and the wipers are the wrong kind. Take them back and they won't refund me the price I paid for it. Shady guy at the desk was rude. You stole my money you crooks

I went in to purchase an engine kit, after having called around to other similar establishments, finding O'Reilly's was where I needed to be. I had called them the night before and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman who told me they had this. So, I went in. I had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady named Rheti. She was great! We even had a nice conversation while another person was trying to find my will-call. Needless to say, it was a memorable experience.

I order on fryday a power steering pump and I got bussy and I decided to stop today and ask for the part after 20 minutos they just toll me they dont have the sold the part when’s I ask why they answer right away that’s how it’s work I was speechless with the answer this is the second time they do Ia manager or so see it and do something about this cases now I have to wait for another order

My experience at this O'Reilly's this evening was awesome! I was a bit concerned on how I was going to get my parking lot plowed in the morning when one of the cables snapped off from the battery cable for the plow. All mechanic shops were closed and I was pretty desperate walking in, not sure I was going to find a solution. Rheta was quick to help us find a part that could work and Victor, Angel and Gera were amazing at helping me get it it on the cable and connected to the battery again. I am super grateful for your help tonight, I appreciate it so much. Especially Angel as he was the first one out there to help and made sure it was working before I left. He seemed very meticulous about his work and I'm sure he will go far in the future, hopefully with O'Reilly's!

Please ask to be helped by Frank, he is great and knowledgeable. Plus he doesn't mind going to grab the right parts for you instead of just sending you to get them like everywhere else. It was a good experience, good customer service.

Went there to get batter terminal cleaner and protector. All so got battery tested and found out the battery needs to be replaced. The clerk was nice and friendly told me where I could go if I didn't buy one from them.

The lady at the counter did not know what to get me for an oli change even tho i told her my make and modle and and ask for a manger and sh told me it was only her there
