I do not understand how this place is so highly rated- are Denver standards really that off base? Idk… I hate giving bad reviews, but this was the worst meal I’ve had in Denver in a while. Atmosphere: I liked the dark lighting but it was a little too bare bones and sad in terms of décor. Service: Very kind waiter, but seemed like he was doing it all by himself. Food: Oh boy. The spicy edamame was A++++, and I liked the yuzu honey tea. Great yuzu flavor. After that, everything was rough. We got the avocado rolls deeply bland but not appalling, Mapo Tofu looked great but was way too sweet and the flavors were off in the sauce; beautiful silken tofu tho, and the Dandan Noodles with tofu tofu was the best part; the sauce was too sweet and odd; no resemblance to Dandan noodles whatsoever, even if I had them with meat. We didn’t keep our leftovers and I don’t think I’ve ever done that before because I hateeee wasting food. They got me though, because their pink neon sign outside was so cute it caught my eye. Vegetarian options: While there are veggie options partially why I came here, they weren’t very tasty. Get the spicy edamame and some tea. Parking: It’s on Broadway so we parked a few blocks off the strip.
Been here twice now with multiple people and every dish has been amazing. Highly recommend the edamame and pineapple curry. The daily happy hour makes it even better!
My tofu panang curry was ok, nothing special about the sauce. My friends got the pineapple and mango ones and said they were too sweet. Singapore rice noodle was good.Food: 3/5
Happy Hour 2-5pm everyday is where it’s at! Their spicy edamame is my absolute favorite, and the pineapple cheese wontons with mint dip are so good I’m still craving them three days later. You can taste the love in the food. We enjoyed visiting with the staff as well. Fantastic experience.Food: 5/5
Delicious food and fantastic service! These guys were so kind and attentive with us. My friend is vegan and her drunken noodles made with tofu were tastier than my own chicken Seriously delicious food!
Quaint little Asian spot. Food was delish, prices were reasonable. Waiter was nice but MIA after food delivery which was quick. Maybe an off day. A little check in and it would be 5 stars.Food: 5/5
Super delicious underground spot. The edamame was smoky and spicy and delicious and each of the entrees was more flavorful than the last. Highly recommend for all kinds of Asian food and cuisine. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Good gluten and lactose free Parking: Lots of street parking and some lots Kid-friendliness: Friendly
Genuinely, one of the best restaurants we have been to in Denver. Absolutely the best pad Thai I’ve ever had, incredible edamame, lovely drinks, incredible service. Also the salmon wontons were insane! We found our new favorite spot!Food: 5/5
I really enjoyed my meal here! Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. I do wish the dandan noodles had more heat - but the pork made up for the lack of heat with flavor!I enjoyed the "bang bang" chicken and shrimp a lot! I have never had it before and it was very similar to other curry dishes I have had. The employees were very kind and attentive as well. I wish this place was in a nicer / cleaner area. Overall a lovely time :
Hidden Gem on Broadway! Everything was delicious! From the Thai Tea, Spicy Edamame, to the three WoK meals we had! Definitely our new favorite Asian cuisine!Food: 5/5
