Cooks had on gloves, the restroom was clean, two young guys behind the counter were super cool. Chicken was spicy,it was in fact hot! Not flavorful at all, just hot, therefore I can only give 3 stars. Waffle fries were good.

Lou's is the place to go if you want to have a night out with friends or just to get lunch at. The food isn't bad and customer service is adequate. I came here multiple times and the prices are great for so good food. I would recommend this place to others anytime.

The best chicken sandwich I have ever had.  The sides were also amazing.  I had crispy brussel sprouts, they were crispy and flavorful. Mac and cheese was creamy.  Happy hour is an awesome deal!  The blue ice cream with the cookies in it was yummy!!!!  I will be back!
