We had a good experience buying our jeep here. We were on our way to a dealership in Newton to look at a jeep with 40K more miles and was more $$. We just happened to look up this dealership and turned around to go look at a jeep they had with lower miles. The experience was pretty smooth and they seemed to have a great selection of vehicles outside of what we were looking for. We haven't had any issues and would look here again for another used vehicle.

Dont buy here terrible vehicles. they cover everything up. Sales man said rust free. yea a year later you can see all the rust that they covered up and now you can see it popping out every where. Buyer be ware.

Bought a car, have not even owned it a year it has been having severe mechanical issues nonstop to point I have to take it to Toyota dealership to figure out what is going on because it is not reliable . The car stinks bad & I discovered holes everywhere in the floor on the driver side & passenger, they hid everything & lied about it having issues & when I searched my vehicle up nothing . Will never do business here again & I may have to buy a new car thanks to them… better off going to a dealership like Toyota then here..

Make sure to call ahead and and not trust their web page. We checked the night before to see if vehicle was there and drove 2 hours only to find that it was sold the day before but they just did t take it off site because money was owed on it. It was not even on the lot. If it leaves the lot take off the site. Test drive another vehicle and told him it was making 3 different noises and salesman tried to tell me it was rusting brakes. It was not the brakes making noise. When he said he wouldn’t go down on price for a vehicle and I wouldn’t pay full price he turned and walked away rudely. Not even a “sorry or can we get your number or I will give you my card”. Not good business practices for returning customers.

My fiancé and I went in there to look at a Kia Sorento, we did our application which it got approved, then we had to wait for someone else to come in the next day to finish the paper work because the guy helping us didn’t remember how to do the CAPS. Cool right? Nope, they called today to tell us that because we got a car loan out with the same company they use they couldn’t do it, so we called the credit company and asked why can’t we have two car loans through them and they said that it wasn’t us or nothing the car dealership denied us for whatever reason. I would never go here again. On top of that this cars tires were bald, they would have needed replaced right away, had an oil leak, and needed an alignment.

Well I bought a 2013 ram 1500 from them loved it was so happy to own my first ever truck saved up all summer to get a down payment and no less then 3 months after I bought it, the trans is gonna need replaced, a wheel bearing needs replaced, and my drive axles are needing replaced so I’m about to put half as much into it as I bought it for so that’s sweet never gonna buy another vehicle from them again. So more then likely what happened here was that they knew about the drive axles and trans and covered them up so they would last a little while cleared all the codes so it looked perfectly fine. Just be aware and take it to a mechanic before you buy and think about a different dealership maybe!

They don’t deserve any stars, called up looking to trade they kept asking questions they didn’t need to know. Planned to by outright but wanted to see if they would be interested in trading. Very disrespectful, would not do business there even if they were the last place.

RUN AWAY from this dealership! They sell cars at an okay price but the cars are not safe. This dealership will not make you aware of ANY shoddy repairs they made to make a sale. If you decide to purchase from here please please please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion on the vehicle. Unfortunately we did not and we were stuck with thousands in repairs on our brand new to us vehicle. Kars refused to make it right and their owner refused to speak to us about the unsafe vehicle we JUST purchased from them. Save your money and your sanity and do not buy from them.

Love my 2013 Ram 2500 Big Horn, I sold my 2018 Ram 2500 Traidsman with only 1375 miles on it, and bought your 2013 Ram with 114,000 miles and its just as nice! thanks Mike.

I bought a 2004 Chevy Ext LS truck with 130,000 miles from Kars, Inc. It is my winter vehicle and work truck . It seems like the price was right at $9400 and they apparently replaced the rockers after they purchased the truck. The salesmen were pleasant. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the truck was on empty when I took it home and as soon as I drove off of the lot an air bag warning light came on. I didn't bother to mention either item, due to signing a form that they require, stating that I took possession of the vehicle and Kars, Inc is not responsible for any issues at this point. I thought most car lots filled up your vehicle with fuel? I don't believe that I have ever signed a form stating that the car lot was not responsible for anything from this point on? Don't most lots give you at least 24 hours to change your mind or call in about issues?
