Great flagship store. It is a beautiful layout and the merchandise is nice. I like their fragrances. They were having a friends and family sale which reduced my bill dramatically. I live near a much smaller Kate Spade store so it was fun to play in a larger one where I can try on clothes.

Cute designs but Kate Spade doesn't repair their bags anymore, it seems shortly after the founder's passing the corporate overlords swooped in and changed the policy so they won't stand behind their products any longer : hopefully they reconsider the policy as my wife really likes their stuff!
