If you’re under 5 foot 6 inches, this is the store for you. I’ve always had trouble finding pants that were 28 inches in length or less since I’m short and this store sells pants at all different lengths. The items I bought were so good that I came back again for a second time and bought additional items.

Had an excellent experience at the Fit Shop today. I've been a Peter Manning customer for a few years, but this was my first time at the shop in NYC. I will be back. I was interested in purchasing a suit and Brody made sure I had the right fit. We tried several options until we got the best one for me. There were several other items I wanted to try for some time online but didn't want to pull the trigger without seeing the item in person. He went to the back of the shop several times to retrieve sizes as needed. As always I'm highly impressed with the quality items that PM offers.

Wonderful experience. I'm very small but like a masculine, clean cut aesthetic. I've ordered clothes from other brands serving the below 5'9" crowd, but proportions have always seemed off. I was thrilled that there was store I could actally try things on in, and despite the fact that I'm not their target demographic, I felt welcomed and was treated well. I ordered two pairs of pants to be delivered to the store and they arrived promptly my pickup, on the other hand, has not been so prompt. My interactions with the customer care staff, both at the store and via email were fantastic. I imagine I will be a lifetime customer!

As a frequent Peter Manning online buyer, this was our first time in the store. With great personal attention, my son was able to try a multitude of styles and fits to find exactly what he needed. PM's clothing fit him better than any other designer. The store itself is an amazing space and comfortable environment, the service amazing, and had immediate delivery the next morning. Highly recommended!

I liked the product and made a trip to the fitting store because I wanted to develop a new relationship with a thorough understanding of sizes that work for me. The product quality was better than I expected. However, the sales person seemed to have little interest in creating a good experience with follow through. He was not outwardly rude but left the impression he did not want to be there and was being bothered.

Love this shop. Would love it even more if they opened a store in London! There seems to be no equivalent to this in the UK. Mail order is ok but it would be nice to have a physical store to browse around. Unfortunately I don’t make it to NYC that often!

First time customer and first time going for a fitting at the NYC Flatiron store. Met with SNEHA who was very knowledgeable, main reason went there was to try on the button shirts, long story short, wind up trying on shirts and jeans. Picked up Weekender White Shirt and Bandanny Black slim jeans. On the bright side, I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and since they only had one available on the website, they gave me the one in the store, so the balance of the order, one shirt, and one jeans are supposed to come in the mail, I got the white shirt, but the jean was not in stock, And I still haven’t been able to pick up that second pair. Fit and quality are amazing! Will like to reorder but you have to be fast.

Love that there's a fit store for this terrific on-line company. Everybody's super helpful and friendly. Rather than over-ordering on-line in hopes of finding one thing you might like, this shop helps you find just the right thing to be sent. Much better for our planet.

Love the clothes and fit but horrible for returns. I sent something back 2 weeks ago and they have yet to provide me with a refund and more than likely it won't be processed until 3 weeks after the return. If you can charge immediately then you can provide a refund immediately or at least make an attempt to process within a week. 5 to 10 business days is not OK.

I have purchased multiple pairs of jeans from Peter Manning and typically they are pretty good. I recently noticed some weird staining coming from the leather patch on the back. I sent a picture and asked for a replacement pair. I was surprised when all they offered me was 15% off a new pair. The coyly implied that I was washing them incorrectly. I explained that I wash all my jeans the same and this is the only pair that has done this. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again. terrible customer services and retention. Don't buy from them. There are many retailers that have better service. The quality has gone down hill.
