Was assured it would be with my order but it was not and when checked as to why It was not in there All I got was an i am sorry it must have went out of stock. Do they not know how many they have. Maybe them they should not promise it to people them

Worse place I ever shop from, I ordered a bag online and return it because I found a better deal in their store and instead of sending the money back to me they send me a e-gift card forcing me to spend the money at their store & deny me of sending it back to my form of payment.

Prices were great and staff was helpful and friendly.

With Covid only 6 customers are allowed in this store at a time. Staff wasnt very attentive with letting people in after people left. With 3 staff members it would of been nice to have someone paying closer attention to that to get people in and out since there was a line. Price came up wrong on the item I purchased. Make sure you pay attention. The staff member didn't notice. I politely brought it up and someone came over not overly friendly and said said it had been happening all week and they'd fix the price. I don't work in retail but a week of problems and it's not fixed? How many people paid extra when they shouldn't have.

I like the quality of the overruns in this store. Had my purchases rung up by Jordan - such a friendly and professional staff.

We visited here on a Sunday and it was insanely busy! There were SO many people packed into this tiny store! It was almost impossible to actually look at any merchandise, so we left and went to Michael Kors. I was able to see a couple purses and the prices were great 70% off. The salespeople we encountered were very friendly but I had some serious claustrophobia in that store!

Nice store, friendly associated. They had a 60% off sale going on on the day I visited but being an outlet store, they probably have those promotions all the time!!

Love Kate Spade but this location could use some customer service skills. First of all the hours listed on google are wrong because they changed for "winter." Currently on Saturday night they close at 8pm. My 45 minute drive to get there wasted because I show up at 8:08pm.

I visited Kate Spade to do some Christmas shopping. It's a relatively small store, but has a good selection of handbags and purses. The staff is helpful and pleasant.
