Did not open doors until 1pm opens at 12pm because associates did not show up on time. I understand not all associates in attendance, at the same time...where is the owner/management that allows business associates to make an executive decision to not open because of this reason? They opened and closed doors to let a late associate in...opened and closed at 12:18pm. Sounds like Waffle House is doing it better. Poor decision making at this location and needs better leadership skills. Mabey people aren't showing up because the manager needs coaching. Based on previous reviews, things are only getting worse for this specific location. I advise Leadership to pay attention and heed to previous reviews.

My experience in this store has never been exciting or eventful but this time it was definitely classic! The cashier didn't know ANYTHING! All she could do was ask the associate on the next register who had her own customers questions, so I got all kind of I'm not sure answers! I'm mad as #&!! I haven't been anywhere outside of a training class where I felt clueless about spending MY MONEY! The only person in that store that knew anything was the associate working the fitting room.

As far as the store goes it’s just like any other Victoria Secret & Pink store for the most part, however, the staff here are rude and not very helpful. You have the occasional 1 or 2 who will help you without you having to approach them first and will answer your questions with no problem but for the most part their rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I would recommend going to the Lakeside mall location. Their location is bigger and better organized with employees that have better attitudes.

my past couple of experiences here were met by rude customer service. I came yesterday and was told an hour and a half before close that I was not allowed in. I came today and whoever was working wouldn’t allow us in the fitting room and also was just plain rude when checking us out.

I sm standong here in a line wsiting to get in, THE ONLY STORE IN THE WHOLE MALL DOING THIS, and people keep coming out but we are not being let in!! RIDICULOUS!! Would leave if I didn’t really need something! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I DID LEAVE AND WON’T GO VACK TO THAT STORE! People kept come out and we were made stand there like cattle!! If I could give no stars I would!!

I absolutely love VS but my last two trips there have been not great. This last time the young lady behind the counter told me a bra didn't come in my size when clearly the tag showed you can get it in my size and you can even order it online in my size. Shouldn't the sales associates know that, especially with a new product. It's not like a wear and unusual size either. The time before that the sales associates were more interested in watching the mall cops arrest someone than helping me, even while I asked questions, they vaguely answered and ignored me. I guess I will stick with ordering online.

The store was nice and open. They also made sure that people maintained a responsible distance while shopping. I really appreciated the customer service and respect for public health and safety.
