When cleaning my ring they said I had a loose stone. I paid the $40 to have it sent in and repaired. When my son went to pick it up for me they charged him again. Had to call the store to get a refund check mailed to me. Now 2 weeks later a stone falls out of the same ring. I take it back to the store and they tell me it was a different stone they tightened so they will charge me to replace it. I think it is an awfully strange coincidence that a stone falls out right after they work on it. I would not trust this store with any future business. There are too many other great jewelry store out there to waste time and money at Kay.

I went in skeptical at best. The diamond industry is complicated. I looked around at some other companies as well, but in the end I found this Kay outlet products, and wonderful people helping you traverse the bling, assuaged my fears with information and discounts, and lord help me she said yes. Thanks Kay. See you again soon.

The people here are amazing. They really do all that they can for you! I really felt like they TRIED their best to give me the best price that they could, which was amazing concidering my tight budget. Would recommend to EVERYONE!
