Great clothes, horrible management. I contacted the manager due to two items not being placed in my bag and they refused to check the security cameras to confirm my complaint. The manager was of no assistance at all. I have never been to a Ralph Lauren store with such a lack of professionalism and etiquette.

Will never go here again. I had been shopping sales here since they have opened usually very positive. Evidently a new management team took over. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants I did not have a receipt. As I stated I shop here a lot so I receive their emails which saves the receipts in their system. A man Robert told me I could not return my items without a receipt a sales associate explained the receipt is in the system. He then snapped at her she seemed very embarrassed. She apologized for him explained it was new management and suggested I call their corporate office which I intend to do. I also want to add the store was extremely messy.
