Called ahead on the phone to see if a car was available to test drive and then went to the dealership to take out a Lexus IS 250. The car drove fine but I wasn’t in love with it. When I came back the salesman asked me how it was and I said it was fine but I thought the price was a bit too high carmax and kbb agreed that is was 1-1.5k above market. The salesman then went on to berate me about wasting his time. Overall, the salesman was incredibly hostile and I wouldn’t recommend anybody shop here.

Didn't buy here,but this is why. Seemed shady. They opened like 30 minutes late & then acted as if I was bugging him to see the car I'd called about. He got the keys after a long phone conversation. He had me sit in the passenger seat , started the car & said look at it, and he went back inside. I did. I popped the hood, listened etc. Seemed to run smoothly, but it was blocked in by other cars. So, I went inside to ask if I could drive it. Sounding good & driving well are not the same. He said we do the loan application first. I said want to drive it first. He basically said he's not wasting time with showing the car if I'm not able to buy it. I said I had $2000 down & gave him a random number on my credit score. The car lis listed for $6990, said $2000 isn't enough down & needed more as the car is $10k. So I told him never mind & walked out. Too bad for them. I had more than that to put down. I say average things to see what they do. Don't go here. They want to intimidate into buying before you drive & lie about the price in listing.

I parked my car next door to the lot on Rainbow and walked next door to look at a 2014 Maxima. The salesman Oscar Leonel said that I could take a test drive in a couple of days. I have the 10k for the car. He said that he had to go pick up another vehicle. I have never heard of a salesman letting 10k walk off the lot. I will not recommend buying from KC Car Gallery

THEY SOLD ME A LEMMON !!!DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!! I bought my first car from here and the same day I left the car was shaking on the highway, I called them and they said bring it the next day but the roads was bad so I did not get out, the next day I went to Walmart right up the street and on the way back home from Walmart the car would not go over 20 MPH, THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS BLINKING AND THERE WAS 3 other light on the car that was on!!!! They don’t want nothing but money they DO NOT have your best interest in heart they are money HUNGRY ! Mind you I just turned 18 and they knew all that I was open with them and they still F me over !!! So wrong !!! IF YOU CHOSE TO BUY A CAR FROM THERE TAKE IT TO A TRUSTED SHOP OF YOUR CHOICE AND HAVE THEM DO THE CODE SCANER THING BECAUSE THEY WIPED MY CODES ON MY CAR !!!! SOOOOO WRONG!!!!

They sold me an expensive car with two very expensive problems that they did not disclose. Would not help with any repairs after the fact. No integrity. Don’t buy a vehicle from this place unless you want a giant headache and have a big bank account to cover the fixes. Super lame! Wldnt even meet me in the middle. Don’t waste your time or money at this place! And now 10 days in I find an oil leak with the cost of $1000 to fix! This just keeps getting bette rand better. DONT BUY from the scammers!!!!!

Sold me a lemon. I went there needing a car, left with a 2010 Toyota matrix. After less than 24 hours, I was left stranded on the highway with a thrown rod. Called up there and they switched it out for a 2009 Toyota matrix. In less than 48 hours of having the new one, I was replacing spark plugs, coil packs and doing an oil change. Even with all that, my car was still not running right. I then changed the fuel pump and fuel injectors. All that, finally got the car running long enough to throw the timing chain. This car was 100% a lemon. And when I went to speak with them about this car they were rude to me, and my dad and my boyfriend. We will never come back to this place again and I will discourage anyone from going there.

Don’t go. To quote the sales man “are you ready to buy today?” That was his response when I asked to test drive a car then I promptly stated after that I was no longer interested. The fact he assumed I wasn’t ready to buy showed me everything I needed to know about his prejudice. I would not recommend. Go else where. Anywhere else besides this. The salesman name was Oscar.

It took some work but we got our vehicle! Dan and Kannon were awesome to work with and we're happy!
