This dealership is wonderful they went out of their way to find the perfect vehicle for me. I was trading in a sports car and needed a vehicle that fit the needs of my family at the time. They got me into a beautiful Cadillac and everything went very smoothly. One year later we are very pleased to say that we are so happy with the dealerships customer service. Taking my car in for service is a breeze and the warranty is always withstanding. Everyone in the auto service department is so friendly and customer service is outstanding I’m not sure about the other reviews but my experience with the dealership is outstanding!
I thought the Collision Team were very thoughtful and made me feel confident that they would take care of my vehicle. I was surprised that it did not take long to service my vehicle. I was very happy that my vehicle looked brand new, and that they washed it and cleaned my interior. I felt as if I just bought it! The staff was very kind and I am very satisfied with their service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
Fantastic experience dealing with Scott and Aaron! They purchased my GMC from out of state and made it easy and hassle free on my end! First time selling outright to a dealer so not sure what to expect but they came through as promised.
This shop fixed my partner's brakes with ease, so when my car was having battery problems it was the first shop we thought to bring it to. That turned out to be a mistake. What should've been a simple process- starting with a diagnostic and ending with a drivable car- turned into a nightmare. When they "fixed" it the first time, I drove it 5 miles home just fine. Less than a week later, the first time driving it since picking it up, the car just stopped dead. I called this shop and they denied it being their fault, even though it was having the same battery-like symptoms that I had originally brought it in for. They fought tooth and nail to avoid taking the blame. Eventually they paid for the tow as my car was not drivable due to not being fully fixed, and I came to find out that they had never even ran a diagnostic the first time, and something in addition to the battery had to be fixed. Long story short, the only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is that one employee, Bob, really tried his best to rectify the situation. Sadly his manager, Patrick was extremely hard to work with, and seemed to want nothing to do with us, and was aggressive when we requested that they cover the cost of the tow. It seems this place is a mixed bag. Be wary.
Good news first: These professionals will get you in fast and easy. They certainly will make the process quick. Bad news: They will insist you get an extended warranty because they know that the car will break down. They’ll even hint at what issues you will have. In my case, my GMC Sierra broke down 10 days after I paid cash outright for the product. They did nothing to help because I refused to buy an extended warranty for a truck that should have lasted months at a $26,000 sale price. Do not do business here. I sincerely hope my review will save someone from misfortune. God bless!
The building was clean and open. Friendly people greeted us at the door and quickly led us to our dealer. Pres was exceptional at answering any of our questions and working quickly because we were short on time. The finance manager was great. He wasn't pushy and was very thorough in explaining everything in good detail.
The body shop did great work getting my car repaired after being rear-ended. They left my interior clean and my exterior looking just like new. Plus checking in and picking up was quick and easy. Nice staff. Couldn’t ask for more.
My tires were rotated incorrectly and they charged me. They should have been side to side rotated. I had left the dealership and noticed. I had to return. I always let them know because this happened before. I don't feel I should have noticed it first. The way it was handled was not customer service friendly at all, they offered me $20 on the next visit instead of adjusting at that time. I will not be using them in the future, so the $20 for future service will not be used.
With my schedule I had a hard time getting in there to meet with Omar. He kept in contact and was patient with me. When I did have time to stop in he had a 20 minute notice and was ready for me. From the second I walked in the building I did not feel pressured at all. The was no haggling back and forth. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. This was the easiest purchase I have ever had at a dealership and if I can talk my wife into a GM our next purchase will be at Mainstreet. I think Omar has a future in this business if that’s what he wants to pursue but if not with his attitude he will be great at whatever he decides to do. Thank you everyone and see you soon!
Brought my 2014 GMC Acadia in for an oil change and to get a lug and nut replaying a wheel. As usual with GMC, found more parts that they recommended be replaced on the wheel that doubled the price, which I accepted. Then went to pick up the vehicle and they couldn’t find the key. Waited for 20 minutes before someone offered a loaner. Came back the next day around 9:30. Still couldn’t find my key so a new one was made. No apology given. Just part of how you do business. I’m done with GMC in general and won’t come back to Main St.
