I only ended up here because a nice tow truck driver suggested this place. I usually only go to Honda service. I was dismayed at the way I was spoken to more than once over the phone. We were paying nearly $2000 and I wanted to understand what the issue was and how it occurred. I asked the woman who answers the call if I could speak to the mechanic when I picked up my car and she wanted to know for what reason. Why did I need to speak to the mechanic. That's a first. Then she patronizingly told me that I had all original Honda parts so I must not have taken my car into a mechanic. I have owned it for 5 years and only go to Honda so yeah all the parts are original Honda. The mechanics and everyone was perfectly nice/helpful when I got there, but treating me like I don't know my car or that I can't ask questions because I am a woman doesn't make me want to return. Recently returned to NYC and better treatment would have made me a repeat customer.Service:&nbsp;Tires

Highly recommend! Ronnie, Ian, and everyone else at Quality Auto services are angels! I was visiting the city with my daughter and on our way out to go home my car broke down right before entering the Lincoln tunnel. Without hesitation Ian walked to where my car was stuck in high time traffic and jump started my car and drove it through all of the craziness to get it safely to the shop. We needed a new alternator and they replaced the battery, belt, and oil to be 100 percent safe. We figured that we’d probably be stuck in the city at least another night with all of the needed repairs but they were able to repair everything within 3 hours and they did a great job! They left my car on the edge on their garage driveway with the doors unlocked. Whole car was tossed and my jacket was stolen…also had to go to the Honda dealership to have my wheels realigned after just paying to have them “aligned” here. I had 1 flat tire, they replaced all 4. Whole car was shaking around 50mph. 2 of the tires were put on wrong, they were labeled “inside” meaning they don’t go on the outside.

I have been coming to this auto repair shop in New York City for several years on and off. Unlike the Fiat dealership, the staff here is always pleasant and fair and the diagnosis honest.   The prices are fair as well so I highly recommend this auto shop for those seeking honesty in a not so honest business.

I had a flat tire so brought my car here. The guys here quickly assessed the tire then replaced my two front tires. I asked for a recommendation for car washes and they gave my car a free hand wash! Will definitely come back here whenever I have any issues with my tires!Service:&nbsp;Tires

The Tow truck took me to this auto repair. The guy said for my alternator replaced will be $1400. I know that was way overpriced so I told them to tow my car home. I took my car to a different mechanic and paid $400 to get is fixed and now my car is working perfectly again and I saved $1000 buy not fixing my car at this shop. I don’t recommend unless you want to get overcharged.

In August 2022  I Purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper from Quality auto . I worked  with Rony the owner who was Very friendly and Helpful! I went on a road trip to Maine for 10 days the day after I picked it up. The car preformed well. I had a couple small issues When I returned and Rony and Team fixed them promptly without charge! Everyone I encountered at Quality Auto Was helpful and Friendly! I would highly recommend Quality auto !

Please stay away from this place. The tow truck driver was nice but really other than that was horrible experience: - pretty sure they did not use a new alternator just rebuilt even though they never told me that , confirmed with another mechanic - when I picked up the car , check engine lights were still on , what kind of mechanic doesn’t test drive the car after fixing it - mechanic told me my car was “full of problems” and “it was probably gonna break down soon” my car is in fine condition - they fixed the alternator but did not put the MAF sensor back on correctly , this lead to a air leak and had to go to another mechanic $140 to get it fixed because I did not trust them to take another look - told me it would be done by Sunday , was not ready till Thursday no issue with it taking so long, just don’t tell me it’ll be ready so soon  Some people here are nice, but they are not trustworthy or good mechanics that’s for sure.

These guys saved my life when I had my tires slashed at 1am on labor day morning! Lisa and Ronnie and their crew were beyond accommodating and they took care of me like I was family. They did everything they could to get me back home and it was a blessing that they were there to help me!

PLEASE READ! LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE - Go somewhere TRUSTWORTHY! I had my car “fixed” by them once because it was recommended by AAA. I had to go back TWICE because the part they put in the car was defective. I went back and they STILL didn’t fix it. I had to fight tooth and nail with the warranty company to have another mechanic shop to honor the payment. A different shop ended up doing the work and Whatta ya know… they fixed it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save the headache and DO NOT USE THEM. Really a terrible experience.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair
