Super friendly. Super patient. They took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. They gave me great advice on how to save a few hundred dollars, despite the fact that they could have made a bit more money had they not told me. That won my trust so I went with the more expensive option and will be going back to them for all of my vehicle work in the future. Honest, trustworthy mechanics are treasures and I want to do everything I can to support their businesses.

We recently moved back to Kansas City and it was so nice to already know who would take care of my car! My car broke down and it wouldn't start. I didn't know what was wrong with it. I had it towed to KC Complete for a diagnostic. They engine was gone on it and the damage was not worth me paying to fix. They were so kind and professional with me. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic and also gave me time to get the car towed of their lot. I really appreciate their service. It's not my first time using them and it definitely won't be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their car.

I got my oil changed at a totally different place and a few months later my drain plug fell out of my oil pan. I brought it to KC Complete and they got me taken care of. The folks here are super helpful and have taken care good care of me. I had a malfunctioning wiper and they fixed it in just a few minutes, sending me on my way without a charge! Our experiences with KC Complete have always been very good. This week, thinking that the tires on our SUV may need replacement, we consulted with KC Complete. They performed a very time consuming and detailed inspection and upon extensive discussion we decided that we did need new tires all around. Unfortunately, due to a combination of worldwide supply chain issues, the unusual size of tires required for our vehicle, and other circumstances beyond their control, KC Complete could not supply us with a tire selection that met our needs. It was then that they went the extra mile to help us. Roy McDaniel spent considerable time helping us find the right product elsewhere even though he was aware it would not result in business for his company. And in the end he informed us that there would be no charge for their services - not even for the inspection. So the next time we are in need of tires for one of our vehicles, we will return to KC Complete. My wife's car wouldn't start last week, so we had it towed to KC Complete on Saturday afternoon. They weren't open, but we left her key in the drop-box and planned to call on Monday. They actually called us first and we're able to get the car looked at that very day! It turned out the battery had failed and that her catalytic converter had also been stolen. A mechanic named Roy replaced the battery for us and also told us which shop in the chain already had the parts we needed to get the cat replaced, so he wouldn't have to special order them and leave us waiting longer to get our car back. He did an excellent job of explaining how the three converters worked and let us know what to expect driving it before the repair. I also have to give a shout-out to Kasey who I spoke to on the phone several times throughout the day. She was able to help me with pricing and timelines and even was able to add on a desperately-needed oil change at the last minute! Jasmine is awesome! Helped with troubleshooting and planning around the issues with my car. Also, I must say I love their new system and software! You get pictures of the actual issues with your car, AND along with the parts that are affected, you also are given videos to help describe the individual parts and how the function. They do mention other things that they suggest for your car but I've never experienced them trying to push or trick you into things. They are very open and let you know what's needed vs not
