I walked in the door and was not greeted, but accosted with paperwork. I even said, “that was aggressive.” The young woman at the front desk said, “I saw you walking up.” It was made very clear to me that I was the last customer of the day and they were going to rush to get me out. The overall environment included the television show being watched at the front desk drowning out the music being played through the speakers. This was my first time getting extensions and I really wanted things to be explained as we were going through the process, they weren’t. When it was over (about 55 minutes in all) I sat up and the lights were off, door was locked, and the receptionist’s boyfriend was vaping inside. They continued to stare at me as I walked to my car, as if I interrupted their time by having a 6pm appointment. The appointment was reschedule (by them) two separate times. That should have been my indication. For how expensive this is, go to someplace with nicer more experienced staff.

I have been going to KC Lashes for 2 years now to get my eye lashes done and they do an amazing job. I recently started going to Shelbi to get my hair done and she is nothing but amazing. From her skills to customer service it is above and beyond. She is very attentive and listens to exactly what I want. She gives the BEST head massage, that is always my favorite when getting a haircut. I cant wait for my next appointment with Shelbi!

Edit: The owner contacted me and offered to do my lashes over and I am very pleased with my results! I'm not sure what happened the first time, but 2 weeks out and barely any shedding, still full,  and looks very natural.  The customer service here is awesome!  Will definitely be back for my fill and to try more services! 

  I went in to get my lash extensions via Groupon deal, and they were beautiful for the first week. Then, by the second week most of them were gone even after doing the recommended maintenance for them. Would definitely go back and maybe try a different Tech, because I was hoping these would last longer. I've seen lashes last at least 3-4 weeks at other places,  and even without  a touch-up they still look a little full. So yes, I was disappointed when my lashes were nearly all gone after the first week.

The customer service is fantastic. I was able to get booked the day of and everyone was very friendly, especially my lash tech Dominique.

Unfortunately my lashes hardly lasted over a week, even with proper care and following the strict regimen. I've had lashes done before elsewhere last me well over 3 weeks, but these fell out pretty quickly. I was disappointed that for the wedding I planned to attend 12 days after getting the lashes done, over half of the lashes had fallen out.

I made the mistake of purchasing their Groupon without reading reviews first. Initial scheduling was terrible. Literally played phone tag over 3 times until I got an apt. After that I basically showing up to my apt 5 mins early but proceeded to wait until 15 after my scheduled apt time b4 walking out bc I wasn't told that they were running behind and I didn't have time to waste. Manager ended up reaching out to me and apologized, which I appreiated, so I told myself I would try them again. Well I had my eyebrows and lip waxed. Basically had wax left on my face when I left and she didn't even try to touch up eyebrows after. I've never had someone not take a zoomed in mirror to them after waxing. Also had hairs left on lip. Long story short, I bought a Groupon for 2 sessions and I will not be returning. I rated 3 stars bc I think it's a fair assessment. It was average at best. I'll stick to doing my own brows.
