I went to Biz Care and they did not know anything about starting a business. I spoke with Sharon, John and Rick.. Everytime I asked Biz Care a question, Biz Care would respond with, "Go get a lawyer", or "Go TO UMKC for help" .. Not to mention Sharon and John love to hang up in Businessmen faces.. Biz Care staff is rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and they will attempt to deter businesses from starting a business in Missouri.. Worst customer service experience of my life and a waste of Missouri's TAX dollars.
