Very unfriendly, the two gals there have hateful attitudes and the 2 men there are always rushing to shoo you out and get your order done like it's an inconvenience for them to do the job. They don't chat with the customers at all, just rush to get you done.

Not friendly. Always rushed and you can tell they hate their jobs. They all act very inconvenienced at having to be there and it feels awkward. It's not personal, they act this way to everyone, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere for sure!

The people there are crabby and not helpful, they don't smile or make eye contact, and they have lost my mail several times. The parking lot there is over crowded, so all things considered I go to other locations now when I can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In 100% agreement with all the other posts regarding the service and friendliness of the staff being horrendous. Don't know who the others dealt with, but with regards to all of my experiences with this store, I will never return. In person or on phone none of them are helpful. Called with regards to a package being damaged, was put on hold and hung up on after 15 minutes. Called back immediately and was told, "We're really busy. I completely forgot about you." If that's customer service than it's the poorest I've ever received. It may be convenient for the area, and if all you're doing is dropping off, then yeah, go for it. But if you're shipping - go somewhere else.

I have emailed, called and visited this location several times in the past 2 months. I have ordered prints and sent packages. I have received excellent customer service each time. Good customer service and quality work are a priority. I enjoy each visit. No hassle.

I’ve had a personal mailbox here for quite a while now and I absolutely love the staff. I order a lot for my business and they are always accommodating.

I have given this store multiple chances due to the convenient location, but my experiences have continued to be awful. The manager and his staff have terrible attitudes and are in no hurry to help you. Also they never look to get you the best deal so be prepared to spend 3 times as much as USPS.

An exceptionally friendly and fast drop off location. Very easy to do business with.
