Joseph was professional and let me know it would be a couple of hours so I did a little shopping and came back. Prompt and my iPad looks like new! I also got the Black Ice Glass Edition screen protector. I recommend doing business with this company.
The best customer service EVER!!! I have used Tech Loft for 3 years — and could not imagine going anywhere else for service. Oh ... and they have great prices on products as well! Second to none!
Knowledgeable and courteous service at a fair price. Even if 30+ cars ran over your phone on highway 31, they can fix your phone or offer a solution which is better than buying a new one.
