I love living in walking distance of such a great hardware store! Earlier during COVID they made curbside pickup a breeze, but I recently got to see inside the place now that they've gone back to in-store shopping. Really impressive selection for a small local shop. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out.

Best hardware store in the city.i swear they have it all too. Place is packed to the rafters with anything you could ask for. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Stop in say hello and get to know your local person in the neighborhood. It's the ppl that you meet when your walking down the street it's the ppl that you meet each day......thank you Keith's for yearssssssss of putting the neighborhood back together

I’m so glad I found this place. The ladies were so helpful and fun. A+ customer service. I will be returning. Going to Lowe’s or homedepot for a couple of screws sounded overwhelming. I was short on time, so I didn’t get the chance to really look around, but they seemed to have a pretty good selection for every day home issues and DIY projects.

it was a nice store, a welcome break from the huge box stores, with quite a few products that you wouldn't find in those stores, with a friendly staff, i will be back soon

Walked in the other day to find a snapped barrel bolt...didn't have one...but the ladies behind the counter were very helpful.

On a recent visit to Louisville our car was damaged by a blown out semi tire. We stopped at Keith's Hardware because no repair shops were open over the holiday. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. They loaned us a tool to cut away some broken pieces of our fender and provided us with Gorilla tape to temporarily patch things up. We had a nice chat with the owner, who even provided some pads to put on the ground to protect our knees. With their help, and some extra Gorilla tape that we bought, we were able to make it the remaining 16 hours of our trip. Many thanks to the owner and staff of Keiths Hardware - your're the best!

Just the way a local hardware store should be! Friendly, helpful & full of what you need & then some. Limited parking, on a corner lot easy accessibility from streets. Glass cutting while you wait, blade sharpening for your gardening tools & mower. Face masks are encouraged w a smile. Like shopping here & supporting local business!

This store reminds me of the type of local hardware store I grew up with. Dig far enough and you'll find treasures you didn't expect. Friendly, helpful staff. Not the biggest, but worth the visit if you live in the neighborhood.

Just about anything you need to maintain your home is here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish such a place existed in Old Louisville.
