Purchased a Maytag washer. Last year a Maytag range. Lots of choices on display for lots of appliances. Helpful staff. One point, delivery needs to balance appliances. Range was so unbalanced all ingredients went to back of pan. Son in law, bless him, who happens to work there, fixed it for me. No, he was not on the clock.

Fantastic experience with an associate named Berka sorry if I misspelled it. He was very patient and kind and cut the exact measurements I needed. Wonderful associate, wonderful price.

If you need any help with your purchase or questions, this is the worst place to go. I chose to go to Lowes because Online it showed the product I was looking for was available at the store. When I was in the store, I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for. I was short on time, so I when looking for help. I couldn't find anyone to help until I found Nathan in appliances. How I describe him is lazy and unfriendly. For example, he was unwilling to help me because I was not buying an appliance. He was not willing to move away from his dishwasher to show me where to find the product I was looking for. I wonder if someone buys that dishwasher if he will be part of a bundle, like buy one and a living dishwasher as well. hahaha

Employees don't want to assist, and once I could've swore the employee walked away to avoid me approaching. The selection of tools is acceptable. Nothing is too remarkable it stands out in any way. Just another sub-average visit to a sub-average Lowes

Asked an employee 3 times if there was someone that could help cut blinds and waited 45 minutes in the isle before giving up. Spoke to the manager about the situation and didn’t seem the least bit concerned. Won’t be shopping there ever again.

This Lowe’s is completely useless. I bought a portable dishwasher that was delayed until the day before Thanksgiving. It was completely un-useable! GE came out and after three visits determined Lowe’s sold and delivered me a dented dishwasher with a broken motherboard. I did not buy used or refurbished, this was BRAND NEW. It was pulling teeth to get them to come our to deliver a new one and take the old one away— atleast three weeks. I bought a new one from Chenoweth and it came in two days! The BEST PART however is that the pick up was scheduled for my OLD ADDRESS. Not even where I had the old one delivered! I had to tell them three times to change it. Finally when it comes to get the old one picked up, the delivery company STILL went to the old address! The cherry on top? One of the delivery guys took it upon himself to TEXT ME AFTERWARDS to ask if I was single!!!! Completely inappropriate and now this admirer knows where I live. Thanks for nothing Lowe’s! Just avoid Lowe’s, spend your money local at Oscar’s Hardware and Chenoweth Appliances.

Somebody forgot to get the trash!!. Good at having most of the stuff I need when I go there.

Customer service was great today loaded up a bunch of concrete bags little guy half my size came out helped. Definitely more efficient here lately.

Worst nightmare ever,I purchase a refrigerator from lowes on August 29 and they said they’re going to deliver in the next 2 months,after almost 5 months now I didn’t receive anything,I went lot of times to the store speak with managers and nobody can help,I make lot of calls to lowes and nobody can help they are giving me different dates of deliver but they didn’t show up,and they keep saying they didn’t know where my order is!!!!..I never buy anything from them again!!!, I hope people see this and prevent this from happening to them

Thanks again I came in to get some replacement parts for my lawnmower and He was on some kind of machine at the top of the store moving big boxes. The man dropped everything he was doing to come assist me. Approached me with confidence and assisted me in finding the right spark plug in the matter of minutes I had what I needed and was out the door
