I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly greeted by the counter man. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and quickly provided me with the parts I needed and advice on the best way to swap parts.
This was my go to place for appliance parts, told everyone who has issues with their appliances to go there. Fast, efficient and always had what you needed. Progress is closing the retail counter and forcing a national call center where you have to wait 3 days to get the part you need now. Not even a Will Call counter where you can place an order on the phone and pick up at the warehouse. Does anyone have a business in Louisville that replaces them?
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Save yourself time, money, and headaches and order your parts elsewhere. I ordered a part and had to return it. Their policy is to review your return request then approve it or not. My request was approved, I copied the return codes and address from a link sent from them via email. I sent the part back and never received my refund. I called them on the phone just to get the run around from customer service. Now I paid for a part I don't even have, sorry way to do business. The only reason I gave them one star is there's no option for zero.
A complete disaster of customer service. Wholesale only! I have bought parts in the past and went today to purchase a heating element for my dryer and was told they only sold to people with accounts and they do not sell to the public anymore. Ready and able buyer trying to purchase a part and they not only won’t tell me if it’s in stock, they want me to call an out of town call center to place an order. No Thanks. I’m my line of real estate work customer service and referrals go along way. I’ll make sure my clients know that customer service does not exist with this company.
I ordered a part through Amazon from them - paid $11.95 expedited shipping because I needed the part quick - they sent it economy and I’m still waiting for my part - they said if I don’t get it in the delivery timeframe they will refund my shipping - I have watched the part sit at FedEx 20 minutes from my house for 2 days - maybe if they had sent it expedited like I paid for FedEx would make it more of a priority to get it to me!
They had what I needed which was great. It was priced slightly above online retailers but that's the price you pay for local same day service. The service was slow and the number system is antiquated. At one point I counted 16 customers waiting. There should be separate departments for commercial and residential customers. It would also make more sense to have warehouse personnel grabbing parts rather than the front counter employees running to the back.
Overpriced, slow service, know it all attitude from staff. Went in for a thermal fuse. She tested it, said it was good. She even said, "By looking at this I can tell it's fine." By looking at the part. I bought a new one anyway. Tested old one again at home, still bad. Tested new one, good. Installed new one, dryer heated again. Also, individual fuse: $58. Pack of electric and gas dryer fuses: $30. Whatever, buying online next time.
Ordered suspension rods for an lg washer which is priced at $75 for a set of 4. Received a single, out of original packaging rod with a piece of paper taped to it with a handwritten part number on it. No way to even know if this is the correct part given the number on the part is covered in tape and half missing. Will not be ordering anything else.
A part on my washing machine went out and no one i called could get me this part as quick as i needed it. I called these folks and they had the new part sitting at my front door in less than 24hrs. Great customer service I will be using them for all my future parts needs and will recommend them to others. Thanks
Pathetic this company used to be great, but they now only apply to businesses and corporations. Unless you want to pay $17 to shop to the public. Absolutely ridiculous! I hope this company gets terrible reviews. It's all about the mighty dollar...
