Keller's Farm Store

Placed my order on November 1st. The earliest you could do so. Came into the store the day before Thanksgiving to pick it up. Overheard several people in front of me not receive what they had ordered. The young women behind the counter simply said that what they got in this year is not what they expected. What happened to calling people before pickup so that they can make other plans if needed? You know, basic customer service? Especially at a luxury butcher that charges more than $10 a pound? Ridiculous. Fortunately, for me, I was not entertaining a large family, so they had what I had reserved, except it took a long time. A woman behind the counter took my number and disappeared for over 10 minutes. I asked where she went and was asked who had helped me. I told them that I do not know because she disappeared, and the response I received was that they could not help me. That is unacceptable behavior by staff. I was then provided with something that was not my order and was told with a cocky attitude that I could speak with the manager if I like. I said yes, but then the original woman who took my order suddenly reappeared with it, I took it, but also received a very blatant eye roll. I will not be returning to Keller’s next year.

So disappointed. Used to come here for top notch meats. The meats still look good however after walkng into the store I am not sure. I feel the quality of the meats may be suspect. Upon entering the store it smelled like rotting flesh. Almost like the store had not been properly cleaned and disinfected in months. The smell was so bad I couldn't stay in the store while my husband bought a single steak. I decided not to buy anything for myself because I couldn't stand being in the store more than a few minutes and didn't trust the food. The staff must be nose blind not to smell it. Won't be back for a long time. Will let you know how the steak went for my husband.....

Keller’s has disappointed us twice now for holiday meats. They did not have our Thanksgiving turkey breast and now, despite ordering a prime rib weeks ago, they did not have any prime ribs. The truck did not come and they gave out all prime ribs the day before. Not only did they not notify me, I was told that ordering did not guarantee that I would get my order. This is unacceptable, particularly for holidays. I can no longer use Keller’s for any planned occasions since there is no guarantee that I will get my order.

I LOVE Keller's Farm Store. I have been coming here for years to buy meat. They have terrific meat that tastes great. I however hardly ever take advantage of the other items in the store. Last night I did and I like that their selection is unique. The Staff is always eager and hard-working. I highly recommend.

Been shopping at Kellers with my parent since the early 70s. Ive always enjoyed their quality meats. We get our fresh turkey there every year. This year we made the reservation as always. 13-15lb fresh for Wednesday. When I went in to pick it up. They didnt even ask for my name. Said all we have is 10lb turkeys. I said I reserved one... Felt like that Seinfeld episode for the car rental. Not only are we 3-5lbs shy on a turkey this year, but it wasnt fresh at all. Still half frozen. Try harder, Kellers. Please

The staff is friendly and clean. The meats are definitely on point. There is a wide selection of products that are better then the big box stores as well.

Plenty of quality meats and other products to select from, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My 13 yr old son's partial to the meat case and love's nothing more than picking out cuts of beef, pork or chicken to cook. So, on his authority, we give Keller's five stars!

I place a order, they told me come back tomorrow to get it; then tomorrow told me they forgets frozen the meat and cut to the size I want, thank you for ruined my birthday.

Such a huge variety of proteins, a wide variety of New Mexico products and even local bee pollen! There was even a fantastic selection of spices and herbs and grains, I will be coming back!!

I used to work here. They sell old expired meats. They would purposefully have me scratch off expiration dates on things like turkeys and hams. If a sausage fell on the floor I was forced to wipe it off with BLEACH water!!! If they started to smell bad, SAME THING! BLEACH WATER!!! Not all the meat they sell is from their farms. A lot of it is bought from other farms. They treat their employees like trash. Horrible company, horrible people. Everything is extremely dirty behind the counter. If a health inspector saw what they had and do, they would get shut down!! Please!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
