I have a FSBO property for sale and I clearly state that I already have a realtor to work with if I so choose, and Keller Williams realtors (some in the Apple Valley office) completely ignores this and continually harasses me, oftentimes pretending to be someone interested in buying my home before they even start hinting that they are a realtor. They have left packets with their information on my doorstep which has a very clear "no soliciting sign" on the door. Funny how all other real estate companies have left me alone, but the ones who continue to harass me are all from Keller Williams.

I have known Rochelle for three year through my BNI networking group. She has been able to help referrals I have sent her either find a beautiful home to live in or help them to put a home on the market. She is the most dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent around. She is extremely friendly and responds quickly to answer questions about the process of buying or selling a home. She also has a very nice addition to her team in Kelly. I highly recommend using Rochelle to buy/sell your next home!! You will not be disappointed!!

Despite REPEATED requests, Keller Williams agents from this office continue to call me. I've explained that due to their harassing phone calls, I would never work with Keller Williams, yet they persist.
