We met with three realtors before deciding who would sell our home. All three were top notch but Lisa stood out with her comprehensive analysis of our home value. Lisa took the time to explain to us what the current market trends were and what we could expect throughout the process. Lisa was spot-on! Lisa let us know what we could expect once our listing went live. Again she was spot-on! Lisa told us to expect multiple offers and when those offers came in Lisa took the time to help us understand the pros and cons of all offers, allowing my wife and I decide for ourselves which offer was best. We had a signed purchase agreement for more than our asking price in less than 48 hours after listing our home. Lisa and her team provide great communication throughout the process. Our selling experience felt like we were working with experienced professionals who know real estate. People who know that as sellers, we just want to know what we can do to optimize the value of our home, and when to step back and let our realtor do the selling. There should be an option for 6 Stars for ranking the Vibrant Team! They know how to do it right in the Real Estate business. Not only are they extremely professional, they make the process of finding a dream home fun! There is a reason for the Vibrant team's success, and it shows every step of the way when they work with you in finding your future home or selling your current home.

Lisa was very knowledgeable about the market we were in and had great advice on preparing our townhouse for sale. During the negotiation process, Lisa was incredibly responsive and the process through closing went really smooth. As we move forward in our home building process, Lisa's expertise has proven invaluable. Her availability and willingness to answer questions at any time has also been a significant help throughout this process.
