Had an amazing experience with Tami. Although because of supply issues way beyond Kelly's ability it took 4 months to get our dishwasher and we finally got the dishwasher I had been wanting from the beginning. Working with Kelly's Appliance was fantastic. They are professional, personable, and I would highly recommend if you are in need of appliances. They are also easy access off the freeway. One note they have an amazing kitchen store attached to their appliance store. If you are a cook like me the variety of kitchen supplies are incredible.
I bought a dishwasher from Kelly's. The gentleman that assisted me with this purchase was Rex. He was very knowledgeable of the products that were available and in stock. He knew that the brand I was looking for was out of stock and the estimated delivery date would not fit our needs. He then directed me to a comparable unit. It was a perfect choice and it was delivered within 2 days. Great experience all the way around. I will definitely suggest Kelly's to my friends and family.
I ordered an adjustable king size bed and waited two weeks for delivery. On the day of delivery they brought a Queen size adjustable base and a King size mattress. No one noticed the error till they were at my door. I had to wait another two weeks for the correct size adjustable base. In the meantime I sold my other mattress and box springs on the day of delivery expecting to have a nice new bed. Been sleeping on plywood on top of my bed frame and new mattress for two weeks now. Not happy. They offered $200.00 off for my troubles. Not enough of a discount in my opinion for being forced to sleep uncomfortable for two weeks. Not a good experience.
I have known that Kelly's uses the "used car sales" tactics of appliance sales and given my choice would never work with them. However, we had a house built a year and a half ago and the builder buys his appliances from Kelly's for his builds probably because they sell him appliances at a discount so it was out of my control. Over the past year and a half we have had several issues with our dishwasher and Kelly's has always deflected. Now our dishwasher will not function and after calling Kelly's they deflected again and essentially said there is nothing they can do because they only warranty it for one year. I am in construction myself and have done repeat business with the Home Depot off of Cherry Ave in Salem and can say that it is a night and day difference between the two companies. As much as I would like to support a small family owned company like Kelly's there is no way I would ever buy anything from a company that won't back their products.
We shopped at Kelly's Appliance recently, based on the highest recommendation from our neighbors. The entire experience was top notch, from the calls with Stephanie, who always provided friendly, professional and informed service to the dispatch notifications regarding delivery, informative, timely and accurate....to finally the friendly, professional, on time delivery. We wouldn't hesitate to shop at Kelly's Appliance again!
When we needed to get a new washing machine and needed to get it very quickly, Jace was very helpful in answering my questions and in making arrangements so that it could be delivered very quickly. Roger and Angel did a great job delivering and installing the new machine and removing the old machine. They answered our questions and were very careful moving the new machine in and removing the old one.We have purchased appliances at Kelly’s for many years and have always been impressed by their service.
Nathan was extremely helpful and patient answering all of our questions. The day we went back to Kelley's to make the actual purchase, he wasn't working, but, the gentleman who helped, did the ordering and set up the delivery I think his name is Aaron, was helpful and thorough, and was kind enough to make sure Nathan received credit for the sale and also received his commission. Great teamwork and respect for the fellow employee! The updates for delivery time were accurate and helpful, and the delivery team was courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job installing the electric range
Delivery man Kyle was excellent! He was working by himself due to call outs, but did a fantastic job of moving out old and bringing in new refrigerator - he’s a very strong man! He was very courteous, jovial, and was attentive to setup details and new user explanation. He should have help though-that’s a lot to put on a single man.
I was shopping with my boyfriend for a refrigerator. Our salesman quickly asked us questions on specifics of what we wanted/needed and wanted to avoid. He was able to narrow our choices down, gave us a LOT of extra information, looked up availability on different models and was very easy to work with. Tom Finkle - if you go there, look for him. His help was priceless.
Tom gave us excellent service both times we purchases appliances from your store. The delivery was on time and Jose was very personable and did an excellent job installing our washing machine.
