Ken's PC Repair

We had a great experience with Ken. He was able to figure out the issue just with me explaining the issue. I had called other places, and he was my choice because he told me what he thought the problem may be. We got it in that day, and we were able to bring it home just a few hours later. Made my son extremely happy. I was stressing over what the repair was going to cost, since it's just after Christmas. However, he was very affordable! Easy fix, and very reasonable in price. Definitely will go back if I need him again.

I used Ken's for data retrieval of a failed hard drive. They were very fast and fair about the price. A real life saver to recover all the lost images of the past year. As a photographer this was a good end result. Good to do business with. Fast and responsive. Thank you Ken.

I dropped my laptop off at another store at 945 am in the morning and received a call back an hour later saying my top line $1100 laptop was irretrievably broken. I paid the estimate. On the way to buying a new laptop, I spoke to a nearby competitor and agreed to a second opinion who pointed out a known history of the first store. I left my laptop off again at Quick Connect and they fixed it and also polished up the keyboard in under three hours. I wish I would have called the second store first. I found Ken's PC repair store rude and unprofessional but most disturbing was that I nearly bought another new laptop even though the old one was easily repaired for much, much less money and time by the much more professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff at Quick Connect. I have the dated receipts and phone and message history to substantiate my review. Nebraska is a one party consent state for recording laws. ..An irate person called me after this review was posted claiming his assessment was accurate but the laptop continues to work perfectly AFTER a nearby and more professional competitor repaired it the same day.

My Nintendo Switch Lite would no longer charge and they let me know it needed a new charge port. Quick repair, done same day, and affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Ken is awesome. He helped me transfer some files from my phone. I had been trying to do this for over a yr. No one else has been able to do this for me until I found Ken! Thank you so very much Ken.

Cannot recommend Ken's PC Repair enough. My laptop keyboard broke and he was immediately able to quote me the cost of the repair and put in an order for the new parts. He also sent updates when the part arrived so I knew when to come back. And to top it off, I was late getting out of work to come back for the replacement part, and he kept his store open after hours to do the repair! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I'd recommend him to anyone with a computer.

I never write reviews but I had to for Kens. It was Fast, they were transparent and they got my PC fixed after the water cooler failed on it for a very reasonable price. I can see why they are the top rated in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Ken is an epic human being, and he knows his stuff. He maintains my organization's computers, and has been a lifesaver when volunteers have gotten viruses installed on systems. He's honest, and his business supports local nonprofits as part of what they do. Give Ken your PC business!

Just took in my Mac Book Pro after a "genius" told me it would cost me over $400 to get it fixed and it would take 3 weeks. Ken had it fixed for half the price and I had my Mac Book back within the week. You Sir are heaven sent! I only wish I would have known sooner about this place.
