Very nice and friendly. They were able to diagnosis the issue with my TV and explain what needed to be done. I ended up not having them fix it and decided to just buy a new TV so I can't speak to the finished product; however, they did take and recycle my broken TV which was nice.

Awesome service! I had a TV stand that I could not assemble right. They did it for me at no charge. If you have an electronics problem come to this place first. They are awesome!!

Not worth the effort and/or time. As a returning customer, how do you double and triple the price in the same conversation over the phone. Better off just staying away.

Use to get stuff fixed here all the time, but unfortunately they shut down operations in May 2019. therefore I have to find someone else in west Omaha or anywhere near Valley that will fix vintage tube electronics. I have things I wanted to send there to get fixed and now they’re gone. Such a shame.

Called said they'd be interested in looking at a cassette deck over the phone. Drove over an hour to get a unprofessional person behind the counter telling me that they wouldn't look at it. Said I'd have to buy belts on eBay. Needless to say I'm never coming back.
