Kennedy Tire & Auto Service

I am so glad that I found Kennedy Tire & Auto. I prefer to use locally owned businesses when possible, and this is a good one. A couple of months ago I had a valve cover replaced. I made an appointment, and they had it done by noon. More recently I had an oil change and had an equally good experience. Both mechanics I have worked with have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and seem trustworthy. I am very impressed with the system they use that sends out information about specials, thank yous, and specific information about the services performed. The waiting room is very comfortable and well-kept. I highly recommend making this your regular place for auto maintenance.

John at Kennedy Tire was fantastic. I had a blow out on the freeway and not only did his calm demeanor help my frantic state, he was able to get my car back on the road very quickly. Thank you for your patience and your kind service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This was my first time to use Kennedy Tire and Auto Service. Bert was my service adviser and was excellent. I needed some new tires and he provided me with several different options at a reasonable price. The service was excellent. I was impressed with the entire operation and will definitely use them again for my automotive needs.

Expensive misdiagnosis of car repair. The engine overheated. The older front desk man told us that there was no antifreeze in the oil when it was changed so there was no blown head gasket. We authorized to start work. We received a call telling us that they "found" the blown head gasket the week after you started working on it. It was not on the original work estimate and it would add about $3000. When they called, they said something about test driving it and got really mad when I asked if they broke it. Not fair. We could not afford to pay, so they decided to send a threatening letter. We were good customers for the business before with the minivan and truck, but now we know and now we will go somewhere else.

I came in at 345pm for an oil change. They usually stop at 4 pm but without no hesitation they got me in and did an excellent job. Very professional and quick. I would recommend them in a heart beat!! Thank You!!!
