If there was a negative star review, I would give it. Criminals. I had my car repaired with them one year ago. The exact same thing happened to it last week. A ball joint and CV Axle should not go bad within 13 months of being replaced. They would not honor their work and wanted even more $ than I paid the first time. When I told the 'manager' this should not happen to a car twice he agreed and just threw up his hands. This was after having my car towed to the location in Edmond that is out of business because Google still shows them as open.

They replaced air conditioner 1 year ago with lifetime guarantee. When a/c failed they replaced the dryer but in doing so mechanic broke a fitting with a hose and repaired it with JB weld. When it failed again the replaced the hose and charged me over $200. When they had it I also requested they change bulb in rear brake light. They charged me for it but did not change the bulb. I will not go back.

Friendly service, honest & straight to the point regarding what you need as well as telling you if there are any other problems or issues that you should know about. Also the Tech at the front desk worked with me & shaved off a couple of dollars bill wise because I was already paying a good penny there.

Scott got my appointment scheduled in short notice when my brakes went out completely, then William let me know exactly what was going on even had the tech show me the worn parts, brought a used car in and they did a full check up, great service

1/6/18 10:45a I called Midas and asked if I still had time to come in for a complete brake repair... they said not a problem. Bring it in within the hour and we will get started on it, mind you they closed at 3:00p and it was Sat. They went above and beyond giving me details about my vehicle and told me up front how much it would all cost me. I even asked them for an oil change after being there for about 2 hours and they said not a problem.. I told William that I always put synthetic oil in my car. He advised me that it was not necessary that I do that, all I need is there regular 25.00 oil change. I even had him quote me New tires AND 60,000 mile maintenance. He told me that I did not need maintenance until I hit 100,000 miles. He even told me that he refused to sale me tires until I drive another 1,000 miles so he could make sure there was not anything else wrong with my car. DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! Some of the things I have read that people have come up with is more than likely because they were already pissed off and something didn’t go there way so they decide to give a poor review... also, some of the ways I have read people describe the way they were talked to and treated is a bunch of bull because those managers would never talk down on a customer like they have said they have done!! I highly recommend this Midas shop. Joel Herren
