This is a musical stand out on the Bowery.. It has been here forever with a small theatre connected. This used to be the street of Art & Music. Little by little that has been taken away as the Bowery turned from the gritty Punk & Rock & Roll type atmosphere (CBGB'S) to the sqeeky clean place it is now.

I witnessed a fight break out here. The woman had permanent face damage by the time cops arrived. The security supervisors failed to prevent hate speech and threats to surface from the everyday dialect of the residence. A lot of the security enable hostile behavior by participating in the use of illegal drugs and profanity. The security gaurds would even curse out residents on Sundays. The director was very uninformed or at least pretended to be.
