Kentucky National Insurance Company

Kentucky National may have the cheaper rates but they also have the poorest service and poor relations with their customers. The claims representative I had was very condescending and had no concern for me as a customer. By far Kentucky National is the worst insurance company I have ever had. If you are reading the reviews you will see there are other clients of Kentucky National that feel the same way. Please consider other Insurance companies because these people will take your money and offer nothing in return.

Claims department was super fast and did everything they could. I recieved my settlement check 3 days after the accident.

“You pay for what you get”. They offer the cheapest rates, so you can guess how their service is. This insurance company is only good at one thing......taking your money! Lazy, rude, and insensitive descrides their claims department! If TOM BOLES shows up to your claim to represent Kentucky National.... slam your door on his face and assume the damage cost yourself! He stole all of our salvageable property that he wanted for himself then refused to pay for it. He approved the payout of several thousand dollars LESS than my contractor. Then when it came time to payout the under priced bid, he failed to pay 20% of that! He is the worst of the worst. My family has lived in a camper for 4 months in the freezing cold with no plumbing. We had to refinance our home to pay for what TOM BOLES failed to pay us. And now we are force to seek legal help to get what is rightful ours. Take our misfortune and pay up front for your insurance policy premiums. If not u will pay so much more than that in the end if u are to have a claim.

On our policy, it was renewal month, we were told to send the money before 5:00 it was sent at 3:00 and they still cancelled us. We've had insurance through them for years. I guess we done with them
