I don't recommend. I asked for a 1 PM or later delivery time because I knew I'd be gone in the morning. To my surprise when I arrived home at 11 AM the delivery had already been made. IN MY LAWN. The lawn will be fine. It's all of the product I paid for that was wasted I am not happy about. If you do use them make sure you have a day to waste waiting around for them to deliver.

I needed to have some river rock delivered. Staff on the phone was courteous and efficient in taking my order. Rock was delivered a couple hours later in a neat pile exactly where I had asked it to be delivered. Top notch service experience, highly recommend.

We placed an order two days in advance, asking for an early am delivery. We were told deliveries started at 9am, and ours would be their second delivery of that morning. We asked to be called by phone when the delivery was on its way. When 10am came and went without a call we called in. Now, it was explained to us that the information we were previously given was incorrect. Our order would in fact not be delivered for another hour. Again we waited. When almost two hours had past we called again. This time they could not tell us when the delivery would happen. We are talking about five yards of class five. We canceled the order asking for a refund of the money paid when we made the first call two days prior. About an hour later we got a call asking for our credit card information in order to process the refund. After we hung up our bank showed that we were charged a second time, not refunded. We called and spoke to the owner John Kern who offered multiple excuses and no apology. It took three business days to get our two refunds. This would have been devastating for a family or person on a tight budget. I can not recommend this company. They held on to nearly $800 dollars of our money for three days. During our calls to them we were informed that this company has a lot of management. No one at this company works together, and no two employees know what the others were doing or what their processes were or are.

The best place for bulk mulch, rock, soil, and sand. Very friendly employees and the most competitive price I've found. So much cheaper than buying bagged items. I only wish they were open a little later so I could go after work.

SOIL DISPOSAL - I brought a jeep full of soil and sod dug up from my garden due to Ramsey County no longer accepting it at their yard waste sites. I was in and out in 5 minutes, a quick check of the dirt to make sure it was good to dump and then payment. Very easy process, I will be back for mulch in the future!

This is my go to place for garden soil. Keep it local and no plastic bags just a scoop in the back of the truck.

So pleased with the results of the Kern team! My company needed some curb appeal on short notice and they delivered! It looks amazing and they were wonderful to work with!

There is an older man that works here that’s a bee keeper. I could sit with him for hours and have him explain bees to me. If you come here, buy the honey they sell!!! It is the best honey you will ever taste. They have planted special plants for the bees and it reflects in the taste

Absolutely recommend this place if your looking for landscaping products or you are a lawn care landscaping company looking to recycle your products very friendly staff and workers and always fairly fast to get in and out with next to no wait times definitely a recommendation from me and we definitely will be returning next season stop on by you won't be disappointed there is a fee for recycling your lawn waste however I've found it to be more affordable than other locations that we've checked out!

It’s our second year ordering a big pile of raised garden blend for our ever growing collection of raised beds. Service is great, staff are friendly and professional. Delivery was seamless and super easy. They have expert aim when emptying your big pile of dirt from their truck! We got dirt delivered next to our garage in a narrow St. Paul alley. Thanks, Kern!
