Not impressed. Sign says ALTERATIONS DONE ON PREMISES but the lady said taking in a jacket would be “too hard” and “ it’s meant to be bigger here” indicating the sides under the sleeves. No, it’s 2 sizes too big for me and I want it fitted. Good prices for dry cleaning; $13 for a 2 piece skirt suit and $10 for blazers. I got 3 used blazers that were wrinkled and she had a good eye for wrinkles/ wear and said “it was washed? no problem” so they will be my dry cleaners when need something close but I’ll take the jacket elsewhere for alterations. She also said 2 days is the fastest they can do “not able to rush; 2 days only” so if you need anything same or next day, look elsewhere.

Worst customer service, owner burned two lace dresses for flower girls. Showed the owner that the lace was burned and stuck together. And still had the nerve to say we did it on purpose. They where paid in advance for service 40 dollars to iron them they had told us that they could do it. They refused to refund and pay for the damages. Be careful going to this place.

First time i ever needed something dry cleaned. came here because of the location, E-Z to get in & out of. Traffic is really bad in this area. 2 nascar jackets for Christmas gifts. They were a lil dusty so i brought them in before gifting them. just a few bucks and a few days later, had them back. they looked brand new. everything was just like they said. nice job, guys ! =

1st time there, 4 blazers and 1 suit. At drop off they said they are open on Saturdays but Google Maps said they are not and they didn't answer their phone the couple times I tried on Saturday. My only next chance to pick up was at the end of the day and traffic was terrible. I called ahead of closing to explain that I need the suit for first thing in morning and that traffic would have me arriving at Key just 5 mins after closing. He said they close at 6 pm. So as we got closer I called again and he said he would wait. Pulled up a 5 mins after and he was waiting, my clothes right in front. He was gruff, they were hard to reach by phone, and the hours on Google were wrong - but he waited! I will update after I am home and check the clothes.

This place has been owned by the same honest owners for the past 20 years! Quality work and cheap prices. Besides my clothes, I also take my feather down pillows and they come back basically new. I wouldn't trust any other place!
