I went to a few real estate managements here in state college in search of one to rent my condo for me during my absence. Unlike others, Keystone had terrible costumer service and the one staff I spoke to was very unprofessional. If they call me back I will let them know that they have lost my business.

I'm interested in Warehouse space on Science Park Rd I've been inquiring about for two months. I wrote an email asking to see the warehouse to set up a room to practice music. After getting no reply, I had a family member (the owners of the building) contact them to which keystone responded immediately with reasonable questions, when would I be playing, how much space is needed, ect. ect. This bothered me because they only felt the need to respond when the owner of the building asked them. So finally I called asking to view the warehouse, Keystone has to show it. We set up an appointment for 9am Friday. I get a call at 8:15am that day, telling me, I can't use the warehouse because other people have stuff in there that's unlocked.... implying that it's too much of a risk because I could steal from the other tenants...They have never met me before. Thanks! Saying that is non-trustworthy in itself. I understand looking out for your tenants, but if you would have met me, you would realize that I'm not like that at all (my grandmother owns the place or god sakes!). Then the other reasoning was because the other tenants need "quiet hours". Understandable...but we also talked about what time they would be done, it was agreed that after 8, 9pm the building would be empty, which works great for me because I work during the day! So they immediately disregarded my interest, and accused me of being a disrespectful scumbag. So what's going to happen is 1 I'm not going to use the space at all (thanks for helping out the community), or two, I'm going to use the space without their consent because they just "manage the property" and don't actually have the final say.....Now I'm really annoyed because their is nothing like this in State College (a place to just practice music) especially after dark! I've mentioned it to several musicians around town, and they all say yes! its a great idea. All in all, Keystone Real Estate, from what I've experienced you people are full of it, and don't really care about the clients, rather the "power" u have of managing a building you don't even own..quite an accomplishment. Your company should either grow a pair and serve the community, or just terminate and stop wasting peoples time.
