These people are terrible for keeping track of money you gave them. If you’re renting with your own money (and not section 8) might I recommend anywhere but here. They will attempt to finesse you out of a few hundred bucks. How to avoid that? Keep your receipts 😉 these people will slimeball you if they think you’re stupid. If you don’t trust me just rent for yourself and make your rent payments in small amounts instead of 1 lump sum, pay the $30 late fee or whatever they charge and find out who is worth renting from. Clearly not these “business operators”

I waited to do a review because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to say. I want to start off by saying that Amy, the lovely lady that helped do the closing was amazing, that was about the only good thing about the whole experience. The rest of the buying process was felt so rushed and pushed by the agent and the seller. This was our first time buying a home and I had hoped for a great and memorable experience but that's not what we got. To top of an already bad experience when we tried to get a moving truck that is to be free we never got a return call instead after calling for the third time I receive a text message from the agent saying that there were none available. A call would have been nice and maybe a little more professional. Just glad that it's done.
