Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis Office

I found a great building in the Pittsburgh area that was unfortunately listed with Hana Langholz. I was dealing with a "Senior" agent named Thomas C. and he was very unprofessional from the start. I tried several times to get over the arrogance that this agent possessed and concentrated on purchase. After several attempt to have a normal positive conversation I just ended going with another firm to complete the transaction on another/similar commercial building. If this had negative stars I would have selected that one. Customer service makes and breaks any business and this one is not getting a good rating over here as it's very difficult to make appointments and even harder to communicate with their Senior selling team. Highly Disappointed and Will not recommend.
