I don't understand how this place stays open, it is so badly run. I placed an online order for pickup and when I got the notification food was ready I went inside to get it. A worker then asks if I ordered chicken at KFC?? and I say yes, they say they'll start cooking it and it will be 20 minutes. I sit and wait, multiple people come in and after ordering get told the chicken needs to be cooked and will be 20 minutes, most end up leaving. After 35 minutes the food is finally ready, and all of the sides are cold since they were packed before they even started cooking the chicken. Oh, and the dining area had 0 people eating in, but was a mess. It was impressively bad all around.
I needed a large order for a group get together. I called about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. Maria took my order and was very helpful with my questions. The order was ready when we arrived and spot on. Everyone was very helpful, kind and had great friendly smiles. Excellent experience!
Server was very busy but very helpful and professional. Helped me change my order by giving me the special prices and saving me dollars. Food was fresh and hot. I worked at KFC for many years at a youth. If I had been one of the secret shoppers used years ago, the store would have passed.
Maybe the stars aligned for us, but boy was our experience here great. Parking lot was clean and empty when we arrived around 2pm. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, Nashville hot tenders, a ten piece bucket of fried chicken, and a coke slaw on the side. The service was exceptionally fast, not even a line at the drive thru, and everything came out piping hot. All the chicken were so juicy and the coleslaw hit the spot. When we asked for ketchup, they gave us a good amount for the food too. Probably the best experience we’ve had at a KFC.
The pits! I ended up throwing 3/4 in the trash. I was talking to someone who said they prefer KFC over Popeyes. Hadn't had KFC for years, so thought I would try. It was disgusting. All of it. Never ever again.
Overall a fine KFC. Nothing special whatsoever and everyone knows it. They are going to get a remodel though and then perhaps they will feel happier but honestly Popeyes is the winner here. Best of luck guys. :
2nd time I’ve tried this place and 2nd time I didn’t get what I ordered. It’s like they just give you what ever they are trying to get rid of instead of what you ordered. When you are the only one there it’s not like they switched orders. The Mac and cheese tasted like a bad chemical experiment and went straight in the trash. Won’t be going back for a 3rd strike giving them a 2nd chance was a mistake
Came in around 8pm the staff was excellent. Lobby was busy. They kept it clean and organized. Food was great. All around awesome. Thank you!
