Often this store cannot honor the local coupon discount as it is not a "participating store". Several times I have walked in there between 6-8pm they only had extra crispy chicken which was ultra greasy. I've been eating at KFC stores every once in a while for a lifetime what I got here is not up to par with other stores. The staff try to accommodate you if convenient. Not likely to return. I'll seek out another store.
Horrible service. They don’t even honor their own ads and when asked what the ad is employee says he doesn’t know what ad discount is. Rude and bad. Will be reporting to corporate
Today I was very disappointed. I paid nearly $60 for 12pcs of chicken, corresponding sides plus large fries... $60! I get it, everything is sky high expensive but then to get 3/4 of the fries and brown coleslaw was down right insulting.
Food was normal, restaurant was dirty and there was three different songs being blasted extremely loud barely able to hear the employee none of the tables where clean and the floor had trash all over. Only two people where working.
Very bad service, every table had food on it and were sticky, the floors were sticky black substance, the soda machine was out of most of the syrups, the ceiling had water spots and some tiles were sagging, and it took almost 20 minutes for our food. Also, for others to know, there is no drive through.
Warning!!! Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen, everything is sticky with oil and dirt. the health department should be called. Chef Ramsey would shut this one down make them stay all night to clean it.
Crispy chicken is the best
Under staffed. Long wait time. They were busy fulfilling online orders while the in store patrons stood waiting in line. Diet soda was out of syrup and no time/staff to replace it. Food was hot, however.
It's a KFC, so expectations already aren't that high. But they've implemented some pseudo-drive-through thing they don't have an actual drive-through where you order in the parking lot and then drive around to the front to wait for the food to come out. Good idea during the pandemic, but all the customers were completely confused about where they should go after ordering and when their food would come out. One by one they got out of their cars and went into the restaurant to pick up their food and complain about the process, defeating the purpose of the system in the first place. We'd decided to go in to place our order to begin with, so only witnessed this chaos from the sidelines. Staff was harried and oblivious to the problems.
Not sure if the employee did this on purpose or what, but I ordered 6 wings today and only got 4 wings and 2 beyond nuggets. I'd say that I would probably never try the beyond nuggets but surprisingly they weren't that bad. Next time maybe give me 6 wings and 2 nuggets HAHA. But hey what can I say.
