Food good. But the manager that was putting our order together. Was not wearing a face mask. But other employees were. She was also not wearing any gloves. GROSS! And I'm sure she had manager servesafe. When I mentioned it to the drive up cashier. All he did was look at her and shrugged his shoulders. This is not the only time i experienced, health issues problems at this location.
The manager Lisa was on her phone as I walked in and was on it while taking our order. Not the best first impression.
Will never go here again. We went through the drive threw because we were in a hurry. Well the people in the front of us got their meal quickly and the people in the back of us got there meal quickly we were the only ones having to wait 30 min to get out food and it was dead no body was there. We were told we needed to park in the front which we did to wait to get our food while we were in a hurry. When I went inside to see why it was taking so long at first they acted like they had no idea of my order then I saw one of the cooks drop a pan full of meat on the ground, which I didn't see them throw away. Then I talked to the manager and they said they were still cooking it, when I saw NOTHING was being cooked. After 30 min of waiting we finally got our meal and we were the only ones that waiting the people being served before us and after didn't wait at all yet we had too and it wasn't busy at all. Then to top it off we asked for napkins very simple the worker stared at us like we just said something incredible rude. When we asked for something so simple, we ended up doing the rest for ourselves... We been here before but we will never return again worst service ever!!
Ordered food through the drive through, Once my order was read back to me it sounded like he barely caught anything I had said even though asking me questions about each menu item I ordered I.e. sauce options and sides while I was ordering, had to basically re order everything, waited for pop corn chicken to cook got our order after 10 minutes and several items I ordered and paid for were missing including the sauces I asked for. Very displeased in the attention to detail and the overall failure that experience was. Not the first time I’ve not gotten what I paid for in a drive through and probably won’t be the last.
My coworkers and I ordered from this particular store. upon getting back to work for lunch we realized that 3 of the meals and a side french fry we ordered were missing. I called in and spoke to the manager. After explaining what happened and asking to have it made right he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and offered me nothing for this massive inconvenience. which means not only was I treated rudely as a customer, nothing was provided to make up for this massive inconvenience. three of my co-workers went without lunch today due to his lack of empathy and professionalism. If this is the kind of people KFC want to be represented by then I and probably my co-workers are never eating here again. Not just this site but any KFC restaurant. If it was possible to give less than one Star I would.
I ordered a chicken little while waiting on my bus. Sandwich only for 1.89 as per the lot menu. She charged me 2.49 and I had to argue with her to charge me the correct price. Her reasoning? "Oh there are things on the menu that don't ring correctly. One item that says 6 really rings up for 9" Cashiers words. Not mine. I had to point blank tell the young lady I was not going to pay a different price that is listed. And what did I get for correcting them? The saddest smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. I understand 60 cents isn't much but I am completely disappointed with this places lack of customer service.
Chicken to go should not be an issue, but it took a long time to fill my order and the chicken was dry & chewy, the biscuit was stale, and the buttery spread and honey sauce was not even tempting. This location combined KFC with A&W and one more fast food chain can't remember which one and must have been too much of a challenge for the cooks as well as the counter people. Can't recommend going here, at least not for the chicken. Slaw was ok though!
This place is inexcusably bad. I’ve waited 20-30 minutes for my food on more than one occasion. They also tend to get my order wrong almost every time. I once had them hand me food, and then shut the window in my face even though I was in the middle of asking a question. I sat there and waited for another 5 minutes as they all passively watched me, and no one came back to the window until I literally called the store. I’m not even mean or rude to them ever, and I always get weird attitudes. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is that in spite of the fact that 95% of our experiences here being bad, I’m so tired after work that I probably won’t stop coming, because it’s close to my house.
Went through the drive through about a month ago and had to order crispy because they were out of regular at 6pm. Seems odd that a chicken restaurant would be out of regular chicken legs at prime time. Went in again tonight and stood at the registers for about 5 min without a single person acknowledging me. Not a hello be right with you nothing. I was in at about 7:30 if you want to watch the video. Not going back again
Food is alright. $5 fill up menu for Homestyle food on the go. This location is great on State and off I-80. I wish the cleanliness and staff were as good. I have had good attentiveness here but the service is as individual as the the person next to you. It seems like only a few employees are long term and the management has new hires often lowering the quality f the finished product, your food, It seems as though shortages on certain items are common here too. I visit 3900 south to sit down and here for the drive thru.
