Pizza Hut

If you want discombobulated pizza, this is the place. Got home and opened a box to this… picture below. I mean the manager seemed nice and I felt that I was gonna be taken care of, boy was I wrong… Very very dissatisfied and disappointed..

We ordered pizza. .. it was 35-40 minutes out. Guess they rely on door dash.. some one took our pizza..can't get in touch with store. Called corporate office..they have no clue. Ugh... Not ever ordering from a pizza chain/franchise not local again! Still don't have our food!

Even when you order online they get it wrong. Two toppings? No, one topping if you're lucky. They earn one star and not the 3 stars they currently have. Order Domino's, it's next door!

Why is it you delivered to my address two weeks ago, but now you won't. Cheesey business practice. I'm encouraging all my friends to boycott you, and all business owned by your parent company. Heartbroken.

Food was EXCELLENT and done on time!!! Employees are friendly and professional!!! Plus, the store is ALWAYS clean!!!

Ordered a pizza online. Said it would be delivered at 11:40. I called at noon to ask the status. Nobody answers for like 10 minutes. Called the customer care line, nobody answered there either. Site still says they're making the pizzas. I can't get a hold of anyone to get the status. Was on hold with customer care for like 15 minutes, that guy was good. Hopefully they get back with me, but I recommend not ordering from this store.

I ordered online. The estimated delivery time was 25-35 mins. My pizza arrived 2 hours later cold and gross. I tried to call the store and after waiting for 15mins and still not having anyone answer my call, I gave up. Boo Pizza Hut!

I gave one star because I had to. We ordered our pizza and it was delivered nearly 1.5 hours later. No one at the store would answer when we called. The delivery driver showed up, the pizza seal was broken and to top it off he did not bring our 2-liter. He said he would come back. He took his tip and never returned. I know we are in the middle of a difficult time for businesses, but this Pizza Hut could care less. Order something local. I’ve learned my lesson.

Delivery service was great but the food quality was poor. I usually enjoy Pizza Huts pizzas; Unfortunately this time my family took only a bite or two and ended up throwing the food out. Including the brownies. Nearly a $50,00 order sitting outside in the garbage bin. Disappointing!

My food was delicious, however I was quoted 50-60 minutes for delivery. I got notified about 15 minutes after I placed my order that it was out for delivery but I didn’t actually receive it until over an hour after that notification. I realize you are likely short-handed, but it took an 1 1/2 hours for delivery. I tried calling to check but never got past holding. I only knew it was delivered because I got a text from the DoorDash people but that’s not how I ordered.
