They have sweet staff on drive thru but even if Colonel Sanders eat from this location he would be upside down in his grave!

I went in today and the girl at the register was so sweet! She had hoop earrings on, not sure of her name but we laughed and joked and I enjoyed chatting with her. The service was great, my food was done before I was finished paying. Vegetarian options: I don't eat meat, I got Mac and cheese and some fries. They were delicious!

I had no idea that KFC had their own special Mountain Dew. It's called "Sweet Lightening" . Holy cow! That stuff is amazing. Also, they have the new Sriracha cheese curds. Dang them things are so good!! Don't miss this place. Don't sleep on KFC ladies and gentlemen.Food: 5/5

While the chicken was just right, the chicken skin/breading was very brown meaning the oil needed to be changed. Choice of sides was by given for my 2 piece big box. The guy who took my order was very courteous and efficient.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The lady at the counter was very helpful and even came out and checked on us while we were eating. The restrooms were all so clean. And it is handicap accessible if needed.

Ummm, I even called to ask if I needed to order ahead due to my large order. They said no we have tons of chicken cooking! Come on in, it will be fine. When I got there I called again to see what happened between then and now. They said there had no chicken, no sides no nothing. Then I heard someone yell from inside the restaurant "go away". Weird experience, seemed like workers just didn't want to work so they shut the place down. Strange. I'm glad Chick-fil-A was close and came to my rescue!

KFC / A & W in Sugarhouse was VERY disappointing tonight. Prices somewhat high. Quality of service AND product low. I ordered Extra-Crispy chicken...they ask your preference.. got home , and it was Original...and dried out. The chicken pieces were REALLY SMALL , like from a miniature chicken! The drumstick pictured here is way smaller than the biscuit! Looks more like a wing portion I called them about it, the first guy "dropped" my call. Had to call back. The manager is more than willing to "replace" the order at later date. Too late to go back tonight. If they could get the order right the first time they wouldn't have to lose money "replacing" orders!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went and purchased food for four people to take back to our house as the sit down portion was closed and after waiting for twenty minutes for our food we left and drove home fifteen minutes away only to find out half of our food was missing. Tried calling but no answer so I will just dispute the entire charge as I have no idea the cost of anything as the receipt was not included. I use to love KFC but this is the third KFC I have gone to in the last three months only to have something wrong with the order. Good food LOUSY customer service.

First picture is what they gave me first, second pic is what they SHOULD look like. Cant get an order straight either, then waste your time when they tell you to come all the way back. Dont bother with Sugarhouse location. Drive to the next.

This location was closed for over a month, but now they have a new manager named Alex! He is fantastic! The food was hot and quick. Very polite and courteous and friendly. Alex will turn this place around. I love KFC and it was sad to see it closed for so long. But now they are back going strong.
