To say that I am disappointed is a massive understatement. Not only is the dining room still not open, which isn’t posted anywhere on the doors or online, when we got our food it was terrible! They forgot my ranch, the 5 for 5 I got was stale and tasted hours old, and we didn’t get a receipt at the window either. The bun on my burger was almost a rock because it was so stale. It’s safe to say I immediately lost my appetite. What a let down. Guess I’ll have to drive further to get to an actually decent Wendy’s.
Terrible customer service for communication with disabilities because I already clearly order on note for one guy attractive tell to me around to again for through order what mean is. I ask to three order for 4 pcs chicken. Wow I never like this customer use speak to my minor not suppose allow. Why customer suppose communicating with me as adult.
Terrible service. took nearly half an hour to get a mobile order because the manager can't do a job for a high schooler, and was incredibly rude. Mobile orders are supposed to be quick and seamless. they need to assess the management and hire someone who has at least a GED.
They are closed in the inside everyday. Today it let me do an online order for carry out NOT DRIVE THOUGH. I walked up to the door while it was snowing badly and they looked at me while they were out in the lobby then looked away and ignored me. I went over to the drive through they again ignored me then I left and came back because I had already paid for my food. They said “I can’t take walk up orders.” Rudely. I said “I already bought my food you guys don’t have the inside open.” They were rude again then when I got my order they didn’t give me a straw and didn’t give me the right sauce I ordered.
By far the worst wendys location I have ever been to. And I eat wendys all the time so thats saying something. I ordered ahead on the app and showed up about 20 mins later to pick up my food and it wasnt ready. A huge group then walked in while I was waiting for my food and they all got their food before me. I asked what was up and they pathetically walked back and grabbed my bag of food that had been ready since before that group walked in. They didnt say a word to me. Thats not it though. They forgot my drinks upon giving me my food so i also had to get those by inquiring myself. Okay I have my food now and its all good right? wrong. They forgot my freaking ghost pepper ranch. Yall are horrible at running this establishment and I hope you get shut down. Borderline broke the geneva convention.
To the Long haired blonde Kid running the drive through; sorry you ran out of cigs halfway through your shift, homie. Try figuring out how to get through your day without shouting at customers and maybe push a correct order out the window once in a while.
They don’t have lobby open but have the staff. Why is it still closed? My fries were cold too and the customer service was awful. Plus they said we can only do to go digitally and then took the guy before us’ order. I won’t be coming back.
This is not the best Wendy’s. The soda machines don’t work, long wait for food. The staff is polite but needs management support and training. Bathrooms are “sketchy” and not clean and the towels are out. Got the wrong shake order. Hopefully they will keep working at getting it right.
So frustrating, the hours say open until 12, but went up to the drive thru at 9 and a paper taped onto the menu said “online pickup orders only”. I can’t believe they aren’t able to at least take drive up orders when the hours say they are open like every other fast food restaurant.
It was pretty busy bit you could tell there weren't hardly any workers. So the 2 ladies were really busting their butts off to handle the long line of cars. They forgot one of our fries, but wasn't a big enough deal to bring it to their attention.
