Chick-fil-A

My first ever visit to Chick-Gil-A happened while visiting family in Utah & it was fantastic. The spicy chicken sandwich was served on as fresh a bun as I’ve ever had, the chicken was ‘melt in your mouth’ tender, the spice level was just right & it was topped with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Delish!

The food was good but the drive through needs to be removed. It not only took up a lane of the road but blocked parking in the actual parking lot. We ended up needing to park in the hotel parking lot instead, got the idea from another customer that drove in through the exit to avoid waiting in the drive through line.

Wish there was a better solution for the drive thru than blocking 2/3 of the parking spots. Great food as always though. Changing the review to a full five stars. Glad to hear there's something in the works!Food: 5/5

Worst location to put a chick fil a. Drive through is a nightmare no matter what time of day you come. You’ll be waiting 30 minutes minimum! And it’s pretty much impossible to get out of line once you’re in it Food is always good though if you’re willing to wait!

Food was good but if you go through the drive thru make sure you have all that you ordered. Received the bag of food and drove off. Stopped to eat and not everything was in the bag. Shows on receipt. Not going back through line to get the rest.

This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A And it was ok. I ordered a slab of chicken on bread and it was tasty but very greasy. I felt somewhat nauseous after eating. Prices were comparable to other fast food chains, interior was clean and well managed.Food: 4/5

I didn't go inside, did drive through. It was busy and they moved us through fast and friendly. It's was cold outside and they were smiling. Maybe their face was frozen, but their eyes were happy to serve. Good food always.Food: 5/5

This location is always busy. The foodis good the staff is kind but do not think this is a in and out location. They are quick but it's a bit of a line always. Also pay attention to their new entry and exit. Their old entry is now their exit only so pay attention!!!

I love Chick fil A so much, I am here honestly almost everyday. Die hard Chick fan…but I really feel bad. They had the drive through order people standing outside in the blizzard!!! They must be so chilly.

Their drive thru is a godforsaken mess. Routinely blocks traffic and makes the parking lot unnavigable. Even if you want to go in and sit down, you’ll have to sit through half a drive thru line just to get in the parking lot. On 9/19, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets, a spicy southwest salad, a shake and a large iced tea. Screwed up the grilled chicken sandwich and got breaded nuggets instead. Very disappointed as I used to deal with the drive thru thanks to their impeccable service. It was a takeout order too and I didn’t want to drive all the way back once I realized my order was wrong. Food is great quality, but the drive thru and order screw ups don’t make the Sugarhouse location worth it.
