The food was fresh and delicious, dining room very clean, and the Lady when taking my order she was professional and very nice with me. thank you so much guys I love this place.

This store sold leftover fried chicken to me. The chicken was dry and chewy, and never crispy or juicy. I’ll never come here again. Popeyes is much better. Every time I got freshly fried chicken at Popeyes.

I don't ever give bad reviews since there is so much negativity out there. However, I just had to get this off my chest. I have not been here since the pandemic. Unfortunately, I will not be back any time soon. The prices have gone way up as well as my order was wrong. I ordered a bucket of 8 pieces of original chicken. When I got home I found it was all extra crispy. While checking through the bucket to see if it was all wrong I also found they only gave me 7 pieces. So I tried to call them as soon as I got home to advise them of the problem and all I got was what sounded like a fax machine tone. I used to love KFC, but unfortunately this experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth. So sad.

The chicken was decent, compared to the way it used to be served about 15-20 years ago. When it used to have more flavor. Can't put my exact finger on it. But it used to have Curry powder in it, I believe. It USED TO BE SO DELICIOUS!!! The bathrooms were messy. With no toilet or paper towels filled and no floors washed. The manager was great that he was genuinely sorry about the mess. GENUINE PEOPLE ARE RARE ANYMORE!!!

KFC is the best. Just don’t use the online order feature. People came in after my order should have been ready ordered and were served their large order first. The optics are bad on this way of ordering. I will not give up on the Colonel though!!! Whatever those chemicals are that make me crave it fore nightly!!!

My whole order was completely cold. I got to work 3 min away and ended up spending $20 to just throw all my food away. Total waste of $20 and my lunch break.Food: 1/5

I am very disappointed with this location. I asked for all wings and they didn't give me that, also the chicken was soaked in grease, it wasn't crispy. This is my 2nd time going here and it will be my last. I paid 16.99 for this disgusting chicken.

This KFC is the most terrible branch ever. I ordered 8pcs chicken meal and they didn't give me the side 4pcs biskits so I complained at the spot and the african ownersure not the owner though told me to leave the restaurant right now so I did. Do not believe if this could happen nowadays. Never visit this KFC again and will surely report HQ asap to fix those staff mindset.

Will i made an online order for a quick pick-up and this is my first time using it so i came to the window and the guy told me i have to get it inside which i did and when i came in nobody talked with me and i found a bag with my name on it then i went back to my place i found out it was missing the beverage bucket and the plates that i requested

Literally every time I come here they get my order wrong. Sad.
