Awful. Absolutely awful. The drive through staff was rude. Automatically said "NO" when I asked for extra pickles with my Nashville tenders, and proceeded to say "We don't do that." Even though I have clearly done it before lol. Almost forgot to give me my drink and when I said something, the girl in the drive through same one who took my order gave me the nastiest, unprofessional look ever. This place either needs a completely new staff, or some strict management to put these workers in line. Worst customer service ever. The food wasn't great either. The 3 piece Nashville tenders was pretty much the size of some 3 fries. Paid $12 and I definitely feel ripped off.
I had the best famous bowl ever at this location. Staff has improved 100% in the last 90 days for sure. Very pleasant atmosphere, greeted with smiles. I would highly recommend this KFC.!
I am working nearby, and at 11AM I went to this location for lunch. I walked into the store and was greeted by an empty counter. I entered the restroom and there was trash everywhere, it stunk, the paper towels and hand soap were both empty. When I came back to the counter a young man was explaining to another customer that the front sales counter was closed since he was the only employee. I went through the drive thru, ordered and received my food. I then parked and went into the lobby to eat in an air conditioned environment. The employee then politely told me the lobby was closed. I know all food places are understaffed, but I question if this place should pretend to be open.
Worst KFC EVER. at 7 pm they refused to take an order, locked the door in my face and put cardboard over the drivethru window. DONT SHOP HERE.Service: 1/5
waited about 30 minutes as we watched the employees talk to each other and not make our food, when we got our food they had forgot something. we asked them to get it for us which took another 10 minutes. our food was also cold and very dry when we got it. their food also just didn't taste all that great either
Everyone I come to this particular location I have some sort of issue this time I git here at 11:00 and the door remained locked until I eventually left. The employees opened the door for certain people, but not for the purpose of making a sale. Finally at 11:12 I seen a car go through the drive through. I am in a dump truck and did not want to go through the drive thru, bit I was completely ignored. The service was not even considered, therefore I cannot rate this place at all. Oh as I type this I am watching the person that I thought was being served in drive thru pull off while simultaneously watching an employee come out and lock the door. Meanwhile online says open. Ok well I'm leaving and going somewhere else. I knew not to come to this store anyway. They need new management seriously. I gave one star because I had to to make this post. They get a zero from me.
Brytanni was by far the best employee! She had great customer service and always went above and beyond for the customers! The only negative thing I have is Sheila was always on her son phone and she gave off poor management training. HR, need to pull her out or send her to a different location. Other than that Brytanni made the experience so much better! Good Job!
This place keeps going from bad to worse… always so slow, orders wrong or not logged in… and now “closed for shift change” … this is ridiculous, I always do drive through but now I see all this people waiting outside on the extreme heat waiting for the place to open its doors when shift change is over… unbelievably ridiculous…. Since when fast food chains close for shift change?
Absolutely terrible. The food was all wrong, the little boys working in there had no idea what they were doing and one of the kids straight cussed me out. I will never go to that store again. Nasty employees.
I prefer to go to this location the most, my order has always been correct, hot, and fast.
