The chicken was uncooked, I expect to at least have cooked food if I’m eating out, not too mention the subpar service and the terrible taste in the soda. All around terrible experience.
Everything was cold and stale. Even the soda machine had no flavor in drinks. We didn't finish our food and threw it away. Will never eat at this KFC again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The biscuit was chewy, the chicken was not cooked, it's was nasty, no ice, no cookies and very ghetto. I waste my money on a big box, which my dog didn't eat it. Nasty bad, I pay whole 10 dollars which i could have go to church chicken to get more for ten dollars, won't get my money again
I paid 23.00 for 5 drums, 2 thighs and some mash potatoes. Since when has a family meal been all dark meat. No one answers the phone when you call. Never again will they get my money. NEVER!
Slow service. Waited 15 minutes for my food for dine-in with 7 people I saw working. Poor management and very unorganized.
I stopped in and ordered a 10 piece meal,yesterday. When I got home. Austell the chicken was cooked way too hard. Darn near burnt! I have been trying to call since yesterday at about 6pm. And no one have answered the phone. I eat here at least 2 times a week. And never had a problem in the last 2 years. O guess I never tried to call
I got the BOGO coupon for the famous bowl and I asked for gravy on the bottom and the top very little on the top thank goodness that the potatoes are good Next time use a little more gravy Update I had the other bowl today for lunch with NO gravy Why I added a few photos of my no gravy meal The meal is good if it's made the right way Update I ordered the bowl again and the first one was perfect but the second one had no gravy like I asked for
Yes I went through the drive-through and bought me something to eat and the workers was on point and I love to share my story with others so they will know what to expect when they go to places so if you are looking to get treated right you must go here and also showed him some love and I would do it back
Horrible!! Bought 2 Spicy Potato tacos and the potatoes were old and hard. Then tried to call the store and kept getting cut off
3 different prices for 3 original wings and a biscuit in 2 week period......done. I know we in a period of serious inflation, but 7.99+tx for 3 wings and a biscuit? The 7.39 was cool. But come on. We not even gonna hold on to the first price mark up for a bit.....
