KFC

I got some freshly cooked food from here. The people that work here are very nice and pleasant. But, they have some kind of sewer issue that makes going through the drive thru disgusting. I hope they get that fixed soon because it can seriously make you vomit!

I think it is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. Dirty tables, dirty floor, terrible attention. They sold me a combo of wings and they didn't have them, for a refund they made me wait 40 minutes. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I used the drive through and got the 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. The service was quick and polite. The speaker and microphone important in drive through orders worked fine. When I ordered I was told they only had dark meat which reminded me of the time I was there a few years ago when they told they were out of chicken. KFC out of chicken? Go figure. The food, dark meat, came promptly and was actually pretty good for KFC. I'm not a fan of KFC in general but my wife likes it. in all honesty it wasn't bad. $22 plus tax

0!!!!!! So unprofessional. Never seen another supervisor act so unprofessional and ghetto. Example for that store is so trash and irresponsible. Threatening and running their mouths. How the sup was acting her employees were acting the same way. Never again. 0/10

WORST KFC EVER I ordered and 8-piece at the drive thru at an empty store and then waited over 30 minutes after being parked. When I went in to see where my food was, I was rudely told it would be 15 more minutes. After asking for a refund, I was ignored for 5 minutes then left the store. Now the KFC complaint line told me there is nothing I can do but go back to the rude store and get ignored again. Thanks KFC corporate for forcing us to deal with your trash.

Very disappointed on the quality of the meal. The breading was soggy and greasy and they didn't fill the order the way I requested. I ordered specific pieces of chicken and when I got home my order was wrong. This is the second time this has happened. I will no longer purchase from this location. 71st & Michigan.

This location has changed from good to bad, 2nd shift drive threw cashier has nasty attitude, unprofessional dont speak up and rude. Shut it down!!

One star because the food was fresh and hot however I paid nearly 10.00 for 2 legs and a coleslaw....the legs was so small my 2 year old would have eaten it and still be hungry....if I wasn't on a diet I would politely tossed it back through the drive thru window and asked for a refund....

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE! We preordered a family meal here and gave them sufficient time to make the order. When we got to the store there we expected to just pick up and go since there was no other customers inside the store and we had ordered and paid for our food 20 minutes before. I said I had an online order to the first employee I saw but I guess they did not hear me. After being ignored for several minutes what looked like a manager who was restocking instead of greeting me told someone in the back that I was in the front. I told them again that i had an online and they said they did not have anything for me. Did not ask my name or what my order was just that they did not have it. When I went to show them the email the "manager" who was stocking came up and rudely told me not to use doordash if i wanted my order done quickly. I told her i did not use doordash and I ordered directly from the KFC website and she told me we don't have anything for you, again without looking. After several more rude comments about ordering online she tried to start asking me what my order was so she could ring it up now. I had been there almost ten minutes dealing with them ignoring me and trying to tell me go go against the mayor's recommendations to order online, so i left. If they would had just not ignored me when i got there and figured out they did not have my order all this could have been avoided and I would have been walking out with fresh food. Instead, I went across the street to CHURCHES CHICKEN, paid less, got my food right away, and did not have to deal with a rude manager telling me to against state recommendations. Found my new favorite chicken place too. Churches Chicken ***** 5 Stars!
