Worse store ever!! 3 visits, 3 disasters. 1st visit 10/21, ordered the Famous bowl...no cheese, very little corn, mashed potatoes so runny it was like eating potato soup. 2nd 10/28, ordered 3 taco Supremes combo. 4 cars in front of me...abt 8 mins later the front car finally got their order, then the rest of us got ours. I live 1/2 block away, opened my tacos to eat...they split when I picked them up, they were so soggy, ended up using a fork & did not enjoy eating the soggy corn shell, yuck!! My order must've sat all that time we were waiting. 3rd 11/4, walked in & a guy took my order almost immediately, Big box 3pc white xtra crsipy, 2 sides, drink. As I got my drink, a guy came for his mobile order & wasnt happy it wasn't ready. I watched several orders go out the drive-thru window...there were 4 cars in the lane when I went in...a lot more than 4 orders went out while I was waiting. Finally, the guy that took my order looked at me, then up at the monitor & back at me, like surprised i was still there. He went towards the back then came up to me to say they were out of extra crispy. I questioned this, he said they only have original. I explained I don't like the original & asked for a refund. Again, he went toward the back, next thing, a girl came up to do my refund & had an attitude about having to do it! Like I'm the bad guy? They left me hanging too long after ordering, then couldn't fill my order because all the extra crispy went out the window to people that ordered after me. I contacted corporate offices, but they must not care, as I still haven't been contacted in any way.

Got an order of Mac and cheese..4 pieces of totally dried and old chicken. Bowl obviously reused and less than half a bowl of macaroni…WASTE…TOSSED INTO GARBAGE

As I write this, I just returned from the restaurant. They gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for - the only thing they got right was the drink, and they didn't give me a receipt!!!!. I was back at work and opened the bag only to see this and ended up driving back to get it replaced. This restaurant has had good people working there but not today! I should have gone to Wing Stop instead.

Take out was burnt to a crisp. When I called they immediate hung up on me. Again and again. Will not go there again. Managers are extremely rude. I've lost monies twice in the last month. One of the managers even cussed at me in line because I complained and wanted my money back. I didn't get the money back.

Customer service horrible. Stay in line for an hour the the young lady forgot my order Everytime I come to this KFC it's horrible. KFC franchise give me a chance to run one of your store or even this one so your sales can go up. Sincerely Shown Cameron

Worst service ever 4 employees standing around 5 door dash orders were make before my order Then they get it wrong And the employee tells me not to get mad Manager and employee not worth time or effort No more bell for me

I was here on 3/22/18. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was ok. They can do a much better job with the housekeeping!!!!!!!

Coleslaw and Mac cheese was delicious the chicken not so but I eat more sides than meat so delicious. Thank you.

#1. Ghetto. As I arrived at the drive thru the first & ONLY thing that came out the lady's mouth was, "KFC". No "hello may I take your order"..nothing..I told her I'm still deciding . #2. The second lady at the window made up for the 1st rude lady. She was respectful and had good customer service. #3. On the promotion for the chicken sandwhich it says, "made FRESH to order".......my chicken sandwhich wasnt fresh and if it was made FRESH... Then how was it able to make it through the window in less than 2 min.??..the sandwhich was sitting out already. I appreciate the speedy transaction but the rude customer service and just careless attitude needs to be checked..along with actually making fresh food.

There nasty my chicken was Molded there manger keondre sneezed right on my fries in front of my face . No mask , doesn’t change gloves . There bathroom is very nast I don’t recommend to go there at all
