KFC

I ordered online for pickup but when I arrived at 6pm they told me they were closed. The cashier was very rude, he said they don't have anything to pickup. When I asked for a clarification he asked me back whether or not I heard what said and just shut down the light. No excuse , no explanation. No issue with the KFC brand. Just stay away from this store.

They sent baby size pieces of the hot chicken strips and they didn't send the KFC sauce with the plan chicken strips I bought. Charged me $41.00 for these items and a spicy mashed potatoes bowl. Horrible for that price.

This place SUCKS! They were supposed to be new and improved since they were brought out and under new management. However the service is even worse than it was before. I honestly wouldn't even rate them a 1 star but you have to at least give one star to write a review. This is the second time I've been here since the new grand opening the soda machine was out today and the last time they didn't have any chicken only chicken strips and sides. I took a photo of the sign posted on the outside speaker where you order. The wait time even for drive thru is always 15-20min. Or longer. This KFC location has the most rude unprofessional staff I've ever seen. They need to just SHUT DOWN permanently.

Your workers are very rude they cuss on the drive-thru speaker then I made it to the window that cuss at the window my order was $101 I didn't even want it anymore I left by them being rude

The person who took my order was very polite. We came for the plant based nuggets. They informed us it would take a little longer but it only took them a minute or two before we had our order. Thank you for offering something for us vegans.

I usually like this particular store but today the crew was rude & they didn't have anything... & this was not my order I paid 4 a spicy sandwich & gotta two piece original meal I will NOT BE RETURNING HERE

Attempted an order through Door Dash. Apparently an item was sold out. Did the restaurant bother to note that or cancel the order from there end? Nope. After rescheduling me several times I had to contact help. Maybe, *maybe* they're better in person but honestly? If you make a person wait nearly an hour when all you had to do is cancel the damn order when it came in but you just did nothin, I wouldn't count on decent service.

The two women who service me at this location where extremely rude and unprofessional. The order taker was brash and My order was rang up incorrectly They didn't read back my order nor did they tell me my total. The young woman thought I was the only customer makes me wait doesn't greet me in anyway after a minute asked of I have the chicken sandwich and bowl to verify my order *cool. 100 napkins crammed in my bag I get my food drenched in Nashville hot basically ruined ny dinner and no meal was rang so no drink. The girl continued to slam window in my face everytime shes finish3d answering me. they wouldn't let me do an add on and three people stand right in window looking at me I didn't even feel safe to ask anything elce...

My family was was serve dry I called corporate office and they gave me a coupon for $15 thank you KFC.

There's a taco bell here as well. It's always one of my favorites.Food: 5/5
